I only use TOR when I feel it's warranted. Otherwise just FF.

I notice a lot of people saying they use both Chrome and Firefox. Why? Do they each have advantages for different uses or something? I just use Firefox, but am open to trying Chrome, I guess.

i've used both and i can't imagine why. i've switched back to solely firefox. it gives me everything i need and is portable/low mem enough.

Firefox has worked very well for me. It never crashes and seems to be secure
Although its more secure compared to chrome but never feel sure about it, I use Mozilla too and it has some good addons for security purpose but still i got hacked few months back. so just a heads up.

Totally depends. But I don't like the Firefox anymore. Sure if was FF that began to reclaim the web from the grasps of IE but have you ever hit 'back' in FF? The thing forgets about your text you've just input in the fields! Chrome remembers them! Also, sometimes FF just doesn't start up correctly. If you then start it again it complains that it's already running! Lazy fox!

+1.
Earlier I could open recently closed sites when I become offline but now it doesn't allow that feature, that was the only problem I had. Anyway, it is still the best.
Kindly,

The best browser is Chrome !

Yes, Chrome is indeed pretty fast, even on relatively slow computers! Also it updates itself pretty flawlessly without even bugging the user in the process! That's awesome for the regular user to keep up with the latest updates and, most importantly, security fixes!

I use Chrome. It is one of the three best browsers I ever used. I recommend it to you as you want to migrate from Firefox. Smiley
