I don't completely do it because I tend to hold on to it for the long term, and only a small part to spend on urgent needs when I don't have money or need extra.
And in the country where I live, bitcoin or other crypto cannot be used as a transaction tool and must be converted
become fiat in order to be able to make any purchase or transaction, and although there are lots of transactions using bitcoin out there, but I would prefer to change it and will use bitcoin if it is available in my country.

I don’t believe OP asks this question because it really needs an answer, because someone who deals with SEO should know how to search the internet when it comes to such a simple thing. By the way, this is just one of Cyberczar's alt accounts.

You can use Purse.io to purchase stuff on Amazon using your bitcoin, and with discounts too.

Quick note though, if I remember correctly the last time I used this service was in 2017, so do your due diligence about the service as I don't have the slightest idea on how good/bad Purse.io has been since the last time I've used it.

With the pump in bitcoin I wouldn't advice you to try that at the moment ,but if you insist they are loads of places that accepts bitcoin as a means of payment , it just depends on where you are staying .

if you are spending bitcoins only to pay for something you can pay for with other alternatives. save your bitcoins for the long term.
Completely disagree.

If no one spends bitcoin, then current merchants will stop accepting bitcoin and new merchants won't bother going to effort of setting up bitcoin wallets or payment processors. If nobody accepts bitcoin as a payment, then bitcoin can't be used as a currency. If it isn't a currency, then it has failed at the very reason it was created, and becomes next to useless. Yes, we all want to see a higher price, but a higher price only comes with increasing adoption, and increasing adoption only comes with people actually using bitcoin for its intended purpose - a currency. If everyone stopped spending and transacting with bitcoin right now, the price would rapidly fall to nothing.

There is nothing preventing you from being both a holder and a spender, both holding bitcoin for the long term while also contributing to its ongoing growth and increasing adoption. Next time you are buying bitcoin, buy extra - send some to your long term storage, and spend some at various merchants who accept it. Or follow the "spend and replace" strategy. The more people who spend bitcoin frequently, then the faster we will see widespread adoption. You want your bitcoin price to increase? Then spend it.

Are there people out there selling their goods and services that I can pay with bitcoin? I need some real places where I can pay with BTC without first converting to fiat.

If you can still afford to pay with the money in your pocket, why not.

Why do you need places like that though? There is no need to spend your coins just for the sake of spending them. I mean, I'd rather hold my coins instead of doing that. That being said, there are multiple shops/online services (that I've personally tried) such as Shelly or Shoppy where you can buy accounts with Bitcoin, Mega.nz if you need cloud storage, ProtonVPN, and so on. The links shared by leo above is quite a good start.

If you are willing to say what country you are located in, then you might get some more specific suggestions.

For the time being, there are a number of directories out there of bitcoin accepting sites, merchants, retailers, etc. Take a look at some of the following:
https://spending-bitcoin.com/
https://debitpay.directory/
https://coinmap.org/

There are also the big brands such as Overstock and NewEgg.

There are also gift cards you can buy directly with bitcoin for thousands of different retailers all over the world. Take a look at this thread for some more info: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-gift-cards-providers-5208530
