The best coin to buy during price dip of cryptocurrency is still the bitcoin. Bitcoin is deflationary in nature which means there will be less and less of bitcoin as the time goes by! If an asset is highly valuable and is volatile, wouldn't you wait for dip price to buy more?
In the current market, I will continue to buy some Bitcoin and Ethereum, because their prices have fallen a lot, and if you invest now, the cost will be very low.
I definitely choose Altcoins who have a relationship with the event, want it event AMA, Airdrop or Mainnet, I always buy Altcoins.

Cardano, NEO. EOS, Bitupper during the ICO
We never know when the dip is over. But buying NEO right now for 57$ is a great buy. So i looking to add some more later today. Other coins that i might add is WTC,OMG and ICX.
OMG is the coin I am interested in. Since learning about OMG, I realized that this is a potential coin and it is very likely that this coin will rank No. 3 in the top 10 coins with the highest trading volume of the day.

You need to understand what are your goals when you buying coins: if you want a long-term investment and stable growth - it will be bitcoin and ethereum, if your goal is rapid growth and high profit, you need to choose new altcoins with good prospects, I would choose iost.
There are many good altcoins which have decent value for long term investment like ethereum, dash, neo, stratis and waves as these coins have top management teams and best value picks for next 2-3 years as per my opinion.
Im going to buy two coins which is ethereum and OCN because im sure i will make profit when the market is stable back.
NEO is pretty good to be invested. in choosing the other should be cautious because should be able to choose who can compete with the other coins. Ripple, I think the right choice if you are looking for the other. 
Cardano’s goals are ambitious. But once they get over some speed bumps, I have faith they’ll hit these goals. So I believe in it and buy it even it is in dip.
I am also a trader and token holder, but in my opinion and my experience during play, better buy ethereum at this time and hold until the end of the year, if will be token holder do not be awkward to hold your token for as long as possible.
Now I'm waiting for the very fall of ETH as I see in it a great future, so definitely will I buy it when the market will be on correction, and also I will pick up some other tokens

All four coins mentioned are very good.
NEO is already having many events. OMG is planning something big i guess. There are many other good projects on Blockchain now a days.

I bought ETH, ADA and TRON. I am right, they have rebounded, that' s so good.
I am going to buy Loyalcoin because it has more partnership here in our country and it is still on its dip price, so good time to buy and hold it. The team is working hard to market their project and the support is very active.
In the falling market I buy additional coins such as waves, stratis, etc. I also keep track of those altcoins that I do not have yet. To the perspective, in my opinion, refers to Eos, because it is expected to launch the network. I buy for the long term.
I buy XLM, BTG, IGNIS, ETH because they are the potential coin. And i believe they are will be go up and i will get the profit. I trust in them because i see XLM, BTG, IGNIS and ETH has a good future because they have good system and team.
