Always buy strong coin in dip as the coins must go moon again after market normalization. so i will prefer XRP,TRX,Ethereuim,Bitcoin,Verge DGB and Neo.
I didn't buy any coins during the decline. I kept my bitcoin. Maybe I would consider selling some of the bitcoins and buying some EOS and XMR when the slide stopped.

I am buying more ada, trx, and ethereum but I have a plan to check the other coins so I have another choice coins to buy. I think we can buy all coins in this dip if we have a big money so we can have an investment in all coins

well, i bought a bunch of neo + stellar + ada, and a few other mores, just like litecoin (it is more than cheap, $110) and probably some other coins, but i dont remember the name.

I have bought already some etherium,ripple and Stellar lumens,thinking about to buy Ada Cardano and may be Icon and Aion if they will reach 2$ for a coin.This dep is a great chance to fill your bags up.
In March, I basically sold coins because then the market's shattering market capitalization was falling and buying something was too risky.

Cardano: Great team with alot of experience from ETH and ETC. They are focusing on a long term approach and real life use cases. Some pros with them are that they'll soon release nano s support, their team is massive and them peer reviewing everything which reduces uncertainty. They also focus hwavily on scaling, and since they havent released the entire product it is easier to improve the protocol as opposed to when it's up and running like Eth for example. Cons are that the investment is mostly based on the belief of the team delivering in the future. I've researched the team and I feel comfortable trusting them in the long run.
ETH: Great smart contract platform that is already up and running. It has alot of scaling solutions being worked on right now. More and more successful ICOs are getting based on ETH. The devcon they had a few weeks back gained alot of attention from developers which is a very good sign.

I buy the EOS, IOTA, DASH & RIPPLE. Its price a very stable and it is the established at this moment.
Purchases made now I think is much better, because the market price has just experienced a great decline. NEO is in $ 54 and Ethereum is in $ 597, would love to make a purchase with them now. It looks like it will generate huge profits when the market price will increase.
I recently bought Cardano and Bitcoin Cash, I think it's worth investing in NEO too. Now I try to focus on a few of the most important coins.
You can buy the Tron or Cardano, very promising coins. I heard they are developing their own blockchain.

I'm looking at bitcoin and Ethereum. I'm afraid to trust any other coins in such a turbulent time in the market. Although still want to invest a little in Ripple and Bytecoin.
This time I bought ETH, BTC, EOS, XLM, the most promising coins, in my opinion, they will become more expensive in six months. I hope that in a few years these coins will bring me a fortune.

One of the best one to buy altcoins during dip is wepower, hydro, and NEM this three for me are good to buy to make profit because it really have a chance to go with the chain reaction of btc when btc recover. 
During this downturn I will buy more Ethereum, because this is the most popular altcoin in the world, and has good team and projects, the chart is always stable at $ 800.
I unfortunately missed the moment of fixing profits and did not sell at the peak, so I'll wait for the next peak, if it comes, I continue hodl
