We never know when the dip is over. But buying NEO right now for 57$ is a great buy. So i looking to add some more later today. Other coins that i might add is WTC,OMG and ICX.
In these circumstances, the coins I believe the most are Ethereum. Yes, I would definitely buy some Ethereum at its lowest price. Because I'm sure if we are more patient a bit, certainly in the next few months the price of Ethereum will go up very high.

I think only Bitcoin has a lot of potential to rise. I am also very optimistic about STEEMIT. Steemit aims to become a decentralized social network which rewards content contributors and curators. It looks to me like a real thing. I personally use it for blogs and as a source of news.
I am buying EOS and NEO for now. They are really cheap for me.

My favorite coin to join in this current market is ETH. ETH price has the potential to recover at any moment. To much resistant is seen but most probably it won't last for too long.

During the dip, I'll buy coins that are solid and has the potential for long term growth. You can also research for some altcoins with upcoming big events and their price are sure to go up before and during the events. Mostly, after a market,bitcoin was the first to rebound and followed by the alts so bitcoin is still the best to buy during the dip. I also bought ethereum, neo and ont.
Now all are investing in the future, but the future is not known and unpredictable. What can be done is investment and attention. So invest your bullish and useful tokens. Everyone has what they think is the best, stick to their own and hold it.

There are a lot of good suggestions in this thread. There are positives from a bear market, such as cheap prices. Also, the crap coins that never should have had value to begin with are slowly beginning to be weeded out in the market. The core names such as bitcoin and Ethereum are clearly among the best choices. I also agree with those who stated Neo. There are some other diamonds in the rough. Not all of the best ones are on top at CMC. Do your research and you will find some solid underdogs.
For buying a coin in this dip market and always .. You have to research and understand the potential of the altcoin. You have to fully believe before investing on them. Right now I'm seeing much more potential in Ethereum classic. I invested most of my money there too. . . Recently the news of adding in coinbase also make a good profit .. But I think after adding in coinbase it'll grow more. That's why I'm investing. I believe it'll give me good profit
I think you need to buy those coins that are more than others have decreased in price or which soon should happen any significant event. Recently I bought OAX, because a couple of days ago was the release of a prototype exchange and against this background the price will have to grow. But this has not happened yet and I expect this token to grow over the next week.
