I'm happy if my local groceries n alcohol stores accept btc.. I don't mind the big companies not accepting it... Amazon would be nice though!

Basically I hope one day every single company will accept bitcoin. And that bitcoin will the automatic choice of payment currency. Or better... bitcoin as the sole currency that will only be accepted. Everytime when I use my credit card for payment I had that kind of uneasy feeling that somebody might be snooping on my spending pattern. At least with bitcoin, it gets harder to get to my personal information.

Amazon should also do it, and Aliexpress. I'm sick of using my credit card everywhere. My recent purchase on newegg was pretty smooth... and eBay sucks.. it is one of the *WORST* piece of shit software running on any CPU since the universe came into existence. They should just go out of business. We need some decent competitor to ebay.

*forgive my rant*.. but I f***ng hate ebay.

Amazon, iTunes, eBay, forever21, steam Cheesy
It will be huge for bitcoin to be mainstream.

Gabe Newell gave his opinion about integrating Bitcoin on Steam . iTunes => Apple & Apple have their ApplePay so there is no way they integrate Bitcoin . eBay & Amazon are left . (I would say that Amazon is testing Bitcoin on Twitch.tv since they bought it recently )

Couldn't Apple integrate bitcoin in Apple pay?

Great if Gabe will adopt bitcoin for steam, are you have link that news?
How about if apple pay accept bitcoin ? Is there possible?
Nice, because I see some book about cryptocurrency sell on amazon so I think they will accept bitcoin recently.

doubt it, all i could find was strached out maybe, but not anytime soon.

"It looks like Newell, (GabeNewellBellevue on reddit), isn’t too eager to accept Bitcoin as a form of payment on Steam. The gaming platform and online store currently only accepts traditional forms of digital payment such as credit card and PayPal. Due to Gabe’s issues such as cryptocurrencies’ volatility, Steam is unlikely to add online currencies such as Bitcoin and Litecoin as methods of payment."
(cut from ccn)

Every company operating globally should use bitcoins. Today they have massive costs to transfer money from abroad to their base country plus ripped off with credit card fees. Unfortunately there are still too few customers owing bitcoins and even fewer actually using them. For customers is still difficult to buy bitcoins and also when they do they have to pay 5-6% premium over market price

I think facebook should start accepting bitcoin. They can very well integrate it with their messages and allow to send quick payments to friends and family.

That would be good and would promote Bitcoin but I hope they don't fuck up our Privacy but some new shit "Facebook wallet" or whatever ... Otherwise it would defeats the purpose of Bitcoin which is being annonymus

~ Madness

AS we have seen mark doing things so far , that's exactly what he will do , so it's better keeping bitcoin away from facebook

I hope that MacDonald or any global fast food restaurant will start accepting Bitcoin soon. I'm not a fan of fast food but.. Most teenagers eat fast food so.. Getting Bitcoin out to teenagers will increase Bitcoin awareness.

Agree. If Facebook integrate Bitcoin in a nice way (privacy-first), I'm sure Bitcoin will have more adoption.
