Cause of the laws in country that is banned, probably they don't wish to be sued for illegal activity in that country, because the result of that can be closing site. That will create a big problem for that site.

Maybe in some countries it is actually limited to use because of their laws but over here I guess our government has more pressing issues than banning gambling of some sought so I guess to enjoy pending the time they will have my time. Hopefully, it wont be soon...
Singapore this country is a very strict policy because the government knows that online gambling dont have tax and they know that most of youth play a computer. It's basically to protect them. USA is blocked since it has really strange laws about gambling and it changes from state to state. Its not easy to manage and regulate each and every state and its individual laws so they just block them all. That's what I understand from it.

What I have seen in some countries gambling is illegal but those are in accepted list of Primedice but on the other hand in some parts of the world gambling is legal but they are not allowed on Primedice. Primedice just don't want to face legal problems as it is not compiling with local laws. This is main reason of all these differences seen so far as long as I understand.

Yes USA is banned, from all dice sites I believe. Our gambling laws are just ridiculously archaic. They're laws made by cunts, so that shouldn't be surprising. Australia to I think. 
Gambling itself is ban in many countries so prime dice does not come in the picture itself. Only countries which accepts gambling can allow to play prime dice and that too each county have their own rules and conditions for those as well.

I login via my VPN from Toronto and I get a big "We don't accept US customers". I guess Canada is part of the US? I switch over to Mexico City, no problems.
