I've bought Hot Sauces from PexPeppers. I've also bought a little bit of Gold (just waiting for it to arrive).
I use Bitcoin because I wanted to get a domain name and web hosting. Most people spent Bitcoin for digital goods.

I plan on earning and saving my coins for a year or two, but I then plan to use them to buy a new TV or PC. I believe they will grow over time so I'd like to hold as an investment to try get more for my money.

Yeah. In my country, there are websites just selling stuff for btc. Most are virtual products like online service, software, games, etc.
