The desktop version is more visually friendly compared to phone screens due to the screen size and grsphic formant, so for me, I prefer a desktop to a phone even though we have more advanced technology and gaming tablets with wider screens.

So my desktop or nothing else has been my chioce for a long time now.
never that you played in Mobile or Tablets? I don't think that is fair to say because  we all have some options specially depend on the availability of our desktop.

I also love playing in big screen but I also love trying them in mobile at least once  there are new site that attracts me.

There are a whole lot of people in my local country and community that do most of their bets on mobile devices if I'm not wrong then it should because of the compatibility and ease of using mobile apps.
On the other hand, lack of desktop or environment can contribute massively to reasons why people don't use desktop but greater percentage wouldn't go to the both reasons you've given because personally I have a desktop and also a laptop Buti have never had the thoughts of trying to stake my beats using it reasons been that, there will much more internet data consumption and power consumption and I see no reason using desktop when I have a better alternative as phone
In terms of mobile devices or cellphones, they have the advantage of being able to use and take them anywhere. The internet network on cellphones is also relatively fast, making it easier for those who like to gamble on online gambling platforms to access them more easily.
The same thing happened to the environment where I live, almost all gambling enthusiasts from among teenagers and adults prefer to play or bet on online gambling platforms and they all prefer to use mobile phones rather than desktops.
By using our cellphones we also save more power and internet data, which is very different from desktops, which are very wasteful of using internet data and power.
So it's not surprising that most people prefer to use cellphones.

It can be unsecure to download the app from the gambling site. I understand that sometimes it is the only opportunity to download the app but it must be named, well-known casino - in the other way the best way to gamble using PC or mobile browser at least. Play Store gives us guarantee(not 100% but it is much better than nothing) that the app is secure and you don`t lose all your private data.
I was living in the country before, my native country when apps were downloaded from banks there were many hacks and they stole people's money, the safest way was to do it from the personal pc, pp like these have to be Well downloaded and they can't make any kind of error, I downloaded an app the other day but it crashed, and it was from the play store, and that gave me a bad feeling, I didn't trust much, and it was for a casino, I blamed the internet, but since so many bad things have happened with the apps I decided not to trust and not play much from the phone.
It is so. There are different rules how to avoid such situations but when you use PC, you defend yourself much easier. Installing the app, you give several permissions to the app and you don`t know what it would do with your phone. Using web browser more secure, even if it is mobile browser.
Yeah!  I also think that at present, those who use a personal computer are still much more strongly protected from intruders.  And you are right - when, for example, in an Android application you give permissions by choosing from the list that the application requests, you usually do not understand why certain permissions are needed.  And of course, scammers of all stripes should, or rather are even obliged to use such loopholes.  And they obviously take advantage of those permission loopholes.  On a personal computer, all the same, this user approaches more carefully, not as easily as on a smartphone, when he presses all permissions in a row.  And he doesn’t even think about the security and consequences of granting such permissions at all.  So it's safer to do everything not on a mobile phone, but on a personal computer.

In my opinion, both are high risk from hackers/intruders since you are downloading an application that you don't know what else is installed on your device, and like on the phone you will just realize that it's heating up even though you are not using it. then it means the background apps are running without you knowing the same with the desktop you can only see it on the running processes via the task manager.

apps which are in an app store and in general safe to play and install in your device, but anyway security is not really an issue for most people who do activities on-line. But regardless, it is true that a desktop will provide some interface advantage, due to it, I think that protecting your privacy is also better guaranteed with this system that seems innovative, but is no.

But as long as he can download the app from the official source, I guess it should be fine. But we know that many scammers are spreading scam threads to people so they can download and install them on their phones. And this is why we really have to be careful and thorough before downloading anything from the internet because there is no guarantee it will always be safe. Whatever device you use to gamble, whether a cellphone or desktop, you have to be careful when playing gambling because it will be related to all the money you use when gambling. Do not gamble over your limit. That can cause you to lose a lot of money.

Some people like to access online casinos on their smartphones. will have quite a lot of ads on social media or their devices. it causes sometimes someone to be careless when installing an application on a smartphone.
no one can guarantee the safety and comfort of the casino that we use besides ourselves. always do it carefully and thoroughly. because sometimes big bonus ads can make us rush to download and register a new account at a new casino.
Advertisements on social media often show advertisements that are often not what we want. However, some people are still tricked into downloading the application, so they end up experiencing hacks on their phones. That's why we must be very careful and always research the app by looking for ratings, visiting the site, or even asking the team. Don't let curiosity make us experience things we don't want.

While downloading from the official source or the official store would be the safest option there are many people out there which allow the installation of unofficial apps on their phones, so even if the casino app was fine if they had the app of a scammer installed then the risk of losing their money is still very high, so anyone thinking about doing such a thing needs to still take the security of their device and their account very seriously, as it is not rare to hear stories of people getting their wallets hacked and having no idea of how this happened.
That's right because we can prevent the possibility of experiencing bad things that we don't want. In addition, if a casino is very famous, people will try to imitate the site, complete with images that make the site look similar to the official site. But only after people visit the site, only then will they become victims of fraud.

Most time we even mustn`t install any app on PC - browser is enough for gambling. PC browser much better than mobile browser due to the monitor - it always much bigger than phone.
And one more moment - nowadays the main idea is to connect all the passwords with the phone. 2FA, mobile request, etc - these systems helps you to defend yourself, but if your phone is hacked - the thief get access to all your data. Several months ago i tried to count where i have more passwords - on PC or on my phone and i was surprised - the phone won.

I don't know why some gamblers believe that the use of VPN to access a restricted casino is a smart move, in fact, this is the riskiest and dumbest thing to do
Maybe some gambling sites allow VPN, but I do not know one yet, while many others do not talk anything about it, using VPN in such sites that do not talk about it or that restricted it is not wise at all just like you said too, the reason some people use it is to bypass the restriction, they will be able to fund the account but unable to withdraw after they are banned from using the gambling site and seizure of money because they are accessing from a country that restricted gambling for their citizens.
I think the major factor why VPN usage is discouraged in gambling is more or less about restriction and verifications, take for example, a situation where the gambler accesses a certain casino under the ip and details of a different country just to bypass the restriction and along the line the account encounter issues this will lead to.
*player is unable to verify the account and loses all funds in them.
*member game history and records will be false all through.
If you check all these disadvantages of VPN for players it outweighs that of the casino and that is why casinos make plans for minimal low on VPN usage but KYC compliance,  so it is a win-win for the casino.

There are many sites that are banned for IPs of some countries due to some type of restrictions.  Due to which it is often seen that some sites cannot be run without vpn, it is normal.  However, vpn is available for both computer and mobile phone devices, but using free vpn for computer is high risk, so if you access those sites through desktop, there is a possibility of computer hacking and many hackers use the name of vpn to spread various phishing links.  So it is better to avoid vpn for desktop

I love playing in Apps , had downloaded some of my favorite sites here in my Mobile(but this mobile is solely use for gaming and gambling not installing wallets or other security needing apps) because I mostly out of house , my Work is connecting in transport so for me to gamble I need access in my mobile and that is what I mostly do.
and also I felt like more lucky using mobile < i don't know if this is just a timing but never that I got to win in my Laptop.
Using mobile app to gambler do make it very interesting for players to easily navigate around the app without any problem or jumping to another page or site. Everyone loves that but we could experience some difficult and complaint when the team are not updating the app to make sure that it has the latest version so that users'experience would be flexible and easy to move around.
Casinos that are able to maintain there softwares and ensure that gamblers are not getting stock on there page is what gamblers wants to see and that would increase users' experience.
for navigation and flexibility ? yeah Mobile apps will provide this for us , but it is not that user friendly comparing to desktop version , we have been playing online gambling for years and comparing them? it is best to have in desktop than in mobile.

I don't see any harm in using just the app and personally speaking, I don't use the website of a casino for betting provided they have an active app without any hassle.
On the other hand,I really don't think that not using a website is as a result of not having a computer or the users environment and beside, the webpage of a casino can also be accessed from a browser and you can also set it to a desktop version if you really want the desktop version.
I could agree with you that the phone is small and that's a tangible excuse for not using the phone but also know that the computer is big could be another excuse for another user as well and whatever the case might be, the usage is solely dependent on the users preference.

I am strongly in favour of desktop applications or even web based, as I think that phones are usually to small and I do not really trust much the apps, but there seems to be many people who would rather use their phone. Is that because they do not have access to a desktop computer? It may also be a regional issue, the same as people that do not use a browser?

I guess phone based apps can work for certain gambling situations like simple slot games or placing small sports bets. However I've had bad experiences with them in the past when playing things like poker where small, fiddly controls that don't allow for the maneuverability of a mouse/keyboard combination have caused a few mistakes. Whether it is betting too high, being unable to properly select the bet you want or even folding a great hand by accident due to clumsy finger placement - it simply felt impractical to long term success. Similar mistakes can happen when choosing sports bets where smaller text can make it hard to distinguish the right bet that you want to make, like accidentally choosing total goals instead of total corners, then not noticing until afterwards.

Today its more convenient with the use of the Web Application because they are now responsive into different device and also does not ask too much information such as your Contacts, Camera, and Storage unlike the Application most of the time its part of their requirements before operating their application which is not too much as secure in web application you can easily navigate like as the natural application, also of course you must not need to download into other third-parties make sure they are came from the official website tons of phishing, and relicate now, another thing Play store is not much secure than the Apple Store.
