In my free time, I will choose to continuously improve myself by reading books or learning some new knowledge, and occasionally go out for a run to exercise.
I like to watch TV in my free time. When watching TV, I can lie down, sit down, and eat some snacks. No one will care about me. I like to watch some very passionate TV series, movies or cartoons. Because I can pretend to be the protagonist through fantasy and realize the heroic dream of my childhood.

Outside my little room, I've got a small terrace and I'm fortunate that I've got some plants to water just that has started a few months ago. I think that I'm liking it. Because of the pandemic and lockdown, I can no longer go outside most of the time. And by doing some gardening and taking my time to get into my plants, it's relieving my stress.
It is one of the best thing that I've discovered recently.

This is my habit too when 'free'. Gardening is really fun, I am also diligent in caring for the bonsai that my mother planted for a long time, she said to take care of the bonsai.
If by free time you mean time you do nothing after working hard and getting tired, I normally would rest abit longer than normal if it's Saturday & sometimes Sundays. This normally allows me to be refreshed and work better on work days.
I just don't bother myself doing too much work on this important days unless they are necessary work, or works that have to be done on the resting days. I typically submerged myself in good educational materials on thesame days after good rest, and things get clearer and are absorbed better than in normal days.

Utilizing the time in more productive manner is the best thing. I either do some exercise listening to music or do meditation. At times read the newspaper just to keep up with the latest developments in the world or do some online course to upgrade my skills and knowledge in order to learn new things.

I can't stay Long Reading Books because i had falling asleep lolBut i love reading only for a couple of Hours maximum and after that i will pause and try reading again next time.
Instead of reading a book, I prefer to watch a movie, especially an action movie, to make me excited to enjoy my time.
Reading a book needs a specific time to feel what it is written, so maybe we need to have a specific time to read the books. It feels curious if I can not read the whole book until the end because if I pause for a while, that can make me forget about the story.
