I usually read some work-related books and materials in my free time, and I also sort out my recent work plan and improve my shortcomings.
I spend most of my free time either on social media or practicing some dance moves. It helps me relax. A couple of times, i prefer visiting friends to distract myself a little from thinking.
In my free time, I often meditate or in a daze, thinking about the next work plan, and reflecting on some of the things I have done recently.
Meditation helps you to calm down and focus with a better mindset. Those times are like you time where you just concentrate on your body and its functioning leaving all the thoughts away from the world and just focus on your breathing. Its good that you also analysis the past what is it done and think for future as well so that you do not repeat the same things ahead. This is one of the good startegy which you have implemented it.
The best rest is a changing of activity

I love reading news about the financial world, start-ups and technology. Sometimes I read market reviews
Watch movies at home and learn some cooking methods online.
In my free time, I like to chat with friends, go to the movies or go shopping.
In my spare time I like to play World of Tanks or watch entertainment content or video reviews 
I love playing old video games on a console, I can spend hours of my life doing it
in my free time i watch movie,play cards with friends.
Roam the earth
Basketball, Dota2, drinking with friends.
I play poker with my friends when I have free time and win/lose money, sometimes we try blackjack but not all of them like it.
I barely really have a free time, because i work 3 jobs. But whenever i squeeze out time for myself, i like to engage myself with some really fictional sci fi movies, something to tickle my imagination. I see a lot of marvel movies.

Just kidding ! In my free time it doesn't matter how little is it I really like to play on my PlayStation. It's doesn't happened very often I have it for 2 years now and probably the game time I played on it it's something like 100hours idk... how much is it but its really little.

This is how most people children spent their free time. 
Good to know that My children's Teachers are creative as they don't wanna feel their student the boredom .They are making many strategy to let the student enjoys the Online classes .

I mostly spend my time these days in Fishing because i missed this activities since even before pandemic , now that the business is getting better i have plenty of time for myself.
As I am working a lot, I am just watching Netflix and relax, being with my family.
We Need to work more and more for our family because life is nothing without having them.Thinking about i can grow up my knowledge.

In my spare time I usually learn something new, sometimes I read the news, but mostly interesting scientific articles! I like to read about new technologies in biology and electronics, sometimes I read about technologies related to mind reading or psychology
