Hey.
I was just wondering to myself, do you guys believe that online casinos are totally legit, or do you also believe that some of them are rigging outcomes.
One of the reason I prefer to bet on sports and not on dice games or at online casinos is that I can't actually know if the casino is paying me as they should, or they tell me that I lost while I was supposed to be a winner.

Does the small house edge(compared to sports betting) worth the chance of the casino rigging the outcomes, making you lose sometimes while you were supposed to be the winner?

I am not a person who understands how a gambling system works especially those associated with provably fair. But I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who really understand about it and surely if anything goes wrong with the system which casinos offer, surely these people will let us know in various ways. For me, trust is absolutely necessary if we want to engage in online gambling.

Very wise thinking, i asked myself same question many times. Code creator can create system to be unfair, and can present fair code for review.
Yes it is always better to chose games where you can prove your victory, but this doesn't mean they will pay you. You can find here on this forum few examples of changing rules retroactively. Sports bets are more transparent!
Thats why i really prefer on playing sports betting because i can somehow see the transparency of a certain  game and certain bet. Its still possible on dice game because we can do able to see the hashes been generated every each roll. getting rigged or cheated is always possible thats why whe should really be keen on selecting sites we do play on.

I understand your concern, most of the legit casino has a provably fair and can be tested, that is why reputation is very important when you choose the place to play, if you dont understand and dont like sport, you wont win anything because the odds is small and you dont know which one to bet
Yes sports gambling is not suited for if you are not interested in sports. You must understand the game rules and regulations and team performance and players form. If you know these things, then you are eligible to do sports betting. If you don't know this then better stay away from this sports betting it is not worth for you.

Regular online casinos could well be scamming you.  However, if you understand and can verify the provably fair systems that Bitcoin casinos have, you can't be scammed unless the casino runs off with the money you're holding in them.  Modern Bitcoin casinos, as well as being very convenient, are therefore better in several ways to regular online casinos, as well as providing relative anonymity.

Provably fair systems are just one of many situations in which blockchain tech can completely change how we view verification and proof.

Most Bitcoin casinos feature Provably Fair system based on cryptographic hashes as proof that each bet is generated randomly. Players themselves take part in this process via providing their client seed. It's a solid proof that the game is fair, at least for simple games like Dice. With more complex games it becomes weaker, there's theoretical possibilities to circumvent the Provably Fair system as casino operator.

Most online casinos that I see here and tried are legit. If I couldn't verify the bets that i've made I sometimes think that they could be changing the outcomes when I win too much. I don't think it's worth it for the casino owners to do this kind of thing because they know they could earn more in the long run without ruining their reputation.
