It was a quote (probably not word for word) from an old famous SNL skit with Adam Sandler. I think it was called "canteen boy" and basically Adam Sandler was a boy scout and his troop leader was making a pass at him. Watch it I'm sure it's on youtube.
When they started talking about the penguin going in the guy's sleeping bag to molest him, the first thing that popped into my head was canteen boy.

-People who blow their nose in meetings, at their desks, on the train... dude go in a fucking bathroom or something, that shit is gross.
-Shitty drivers and drivers who drive slow leaving massive space in front of them in traffic so people keep cutting in front of them thus slowing down the entire lane
-People that don't practice basic hygiene
-Scammers that make crypto look bad and damage adoption and growth efforts
-Cheap people
-People that eat while talking on the phone... and/or people that just plain eat loudly and obnoxiously (hint, if it sounds like you're making love to your food, you're doing it wrong)
-People that abuse public assistance/welfare/unemployment/etc
