As I understand, this exchange is not decentralized, does it mean that some group of people control our funds?
Yes, you are right, but on the other hand, that means that government make control of that exchange.
I don’t see any involvement of government in this exchange, the fact that it is not decentralized exchange does not mean that it has the control of government and when we talk of government, which government are we talking about because we have several governments of different countries in this world and as far as I know, I am not sure that any of those government are interested in regulating any of these exchanges yet except those countries that we know has been cryptocurrency friendly right from the beginning.

Most of the exchanges that we have in the market today are centralized exchange, although few of them might have their own dex too established just like Binance, but they are still being controlled by the owner of the exchange and not government.

If they will launch IEO in future, it can make a great popularity for that exchange.
I consider that IEO is something that can bring not only popularity, but users to this exchange. So I suggest that they will announce IEO soon
I understand everything is going according to plan.

Actually it isn't Russian. It was created for Belarus, in that country crypto has been legalised mso there are laws and that's why exchange is needed

Time will tell what this exchange is all about. One thing I can say is that it is trying to work within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Belarus, and apparently the whole crypt is moving towards regulation.

Yes, the design is pretty good but it doesn't better then Okex and other top exchanges.
Design is the same! They are partners and everything is similar. Have you traded on Okex?
I am glad that such exchange has appeared
The design is really very nice, but that's not the point. If there will soon be news about a partnership with OKEX, then the exchange token has room to grow. I would first look at the investment opportunity.

In fact, completely decentralized exchanges do not exist. Anyway, someone has a strong influence on this business. Even if the exchange is direct using the wallet, what prevents you from disconnecting the online wallet?

I really appreciate design of this exchange. Being a fan of Okex your UI is friendly for me, perhaps I will be using this exchange, because I am from CIS

What do you mean buy saing "government control"? It's good or bad?
On the one hand, it’s good when there is control over the work of the exchange, it does not allow the team to engage in fraud. On the other hand, I believe that cryptocurrency should be decentralized.

If the team will constantly improve and have close contact with the community, the exchange will become popular in a few years.

I heard about this exchange, I had a look on design and it is absolutely identical to Okex. But who is going to use it?
As I understand it, this is a customized exchange specifically for eastern Europe and the CIS countries. IExchange seemed quite convenient exchange.

If you look at the statistics, then a lot of exchanges have their tokens, but their perspective is very vague, of course, if you do not take into account token BNB.  Recently, the cryptocurrency market of the exchange has been developing very poorly and accordingly their tokens are below the planned level.
Well, today the situation for altcoins is not the best, especially for exchange ones. But if this exchange operates under the jurisdiction and laws of Belarus, I think it has a future.

Why can't I see any ratings and reviews about this cryptocurrency site? Is it very new or just not popular?

Obviously, its pretty new that's why you don't see any reviews whatsoever. Besides, the market is really saturated so I don't know if it can break barriers as competition is very tough. Although it has partnered with OKEX, it doesn't mean that it will be successful, so we will have to see how it will do in this very competitive market.

A fairly well-known exchange in Eastern Europe. I know about her, but I have not met confirmation of cooperation with OKEX. You need to look at their blog.
Found such information. iExchange - a resident of the High-Tech Park Belarus regulating the activities of blockchain companies. http://park.by/post-2437/
It looks like a serious exchange if it was deemed worthy at the state level. Today there are a lot of exchanges that you do not have time to keep track of.

What do you think about this exchange ? I heard they are partners of Okex and operating under the jurisdiction of Belarus and preparing tokensale.

You mean this one https://iex.net/?

Browsing their social media accounts and other communication mediums. All of them aren't active or dead.

The published address -

LEGAL ADDRESS:
Cryptotrade LLC
220013, Minsk, 2 nd Sixth
Line, 11, office 14c

And from their website -

We are operating in compliance with the laws and under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Belarus, and are the residents of the High Technologies Park (HTP).

We are partners with international cryptocurrency exchange OKEx.

But don't know about their token sale. With so many exchanges sprouting nowadays, really hard to know if they are truly legit or not. Need to dig more.
