Using the automated escrow for the payment on every trading site and this forum as well. Next to that bitcoin payment on regular shopping websites.

This would be actually something really useful for this forum now that you mentioned it! I know Bitcoin isn't the best blockchain for smart contracts... and also realise this was a deliberate design, but I know there is some functionality and it would be nice to have some kind of simple open source smart contract for trustless escrow for Bitcoin. Yes, that would be a huge service with possibly the highest unmet demand.

Otherwise, the type of multisig escrows on some marketplaces would also work, but it still requires some degree of trust in that marketplace...

but if blockchain analytics is catching up and getting more sophisticated, you'd think mixers would need to up their pace to stay ahead.
Definitely, but that applies to ChipMixer as well. It's fairly easy to locate and monitor the fixed chip values, and from there I hope that eventually the chip values will change from time to time to become less common.

Or maybe that we can initiate a mixing session and request a custom chip value to obtain a bit more randomness. But as we speak, the only mixing service I have confidence in is ChipMixer.

Obviously, there is a bias from my side because I wear their signature, but it doesn't happen very often that people wear a signature from a service they are actually using and genuinely like. Bitmixer fits in there as well.

In most cases people are only interested in the payments and they don't care what they advertise for, but I am happy that I can promote a service offering a fundamental necessity for the community. Privacy is precious.

Haha good promo reply for chipmixer team mate. Since you wearing the Chipmixer campaign signature and doing it better bro. Your manager may reward you specially for it. Wink Wink Wink I think we missed many services with the crypto currency still.
I think two things which can be achieved still we did not find in many places.

Some kind of arbitrage service that compares real time prices of altcoins on different exchanges which you choose from the list.

I think even ChipMixer acknowledged that ease of detection using fixed chip values, but did note that as time passed and demand/volume increased, these fixed amounts would be near negligible. I'm not convinced of that myself, to be honest, I suspect the most sophisticated software could probably track down some of my use on it, probably not to me, but at least to my habits on using the service.

Maybe we should recommend a random changing of values from time to time as you suggest.

Yeah, bias from us naturally as incentivised supporters. But that also comes with the confidence of having the service itself back up the advantages we claim. Once Bitcoin moves past its scaling issues, privacy will really be the next area of focus.

Bitmixer. Was one of the best mixers around and sad it shut down.

Agreed. It was an extremely good service while it lasted, but it got shut down from regulatory pressures.

Although with the emerging mixers in Chipmixer, bitblender and Privcoin, it's not really that huge of a deal tbh.

Agreed. Many more have come to fill that void, and many more are coming up. I'm unashamedly of the opinion that Chipmixer happens to be a superior offering, with all due respect to Bitmixer's past dominance. When was the last time you saw a mixing service innovate the way Chipmixer did (and is still attempting to do?).

Even the ones launching this week (if I trust PRs floating around) are still doing things the old way that Bitmixer did. Not that there's anything wrong with the old way... but if blockchain analytics is catching up and getting more sophisticated, you'd think mixers would need to up their pace to stay ahead.
Chipmixer very much filled the void, it was a great move on their part to keep pushing their service when bitmixer got shut down. Really showed their dominance, and  the stream of other mixers that arose where all squashed (bitcloak, privcoin, bitmixcoin).

Although bit blender is still a very reliable and old mixer.

I've personally resorted to privcoin for eth mixing and chipmixer for normal BTC mixing. Work's like a charm.

Not survey but to be fair you are looking for new idea for yourself ----

This.

I remember that the OP is the developer of the Crypto Ticker app  Wink.
I'm pretty sure that he's going to apply one posted idea here if it meets the factors needed like the feasibility and uniqueness.

Same views related into this matter which it turns out that this isnt a survery but rather a thread which do accumulate ideas from the community which would be applied into his own project but i dont see a wrong thing if thats the case.We do say or suggest things but as i have read above those propositions wont easily be created or implemented yet it do still needs adoption for us to reach that range of adoption.

Bitcoin debit cards which isnt only limited to Visa provider would be much better for me.

One single fully legitimate and risk free way to earn interest on Bitcoin. I don't believe it will ever be possible simply because it's totally against Bitcoin's fundamental qualities, but you can bet your bippy it would be swamped immediately if it was possible.

There are a lot, it's endlessness like numbers, it's just a task of your fantasy. People miss bitcoin payments on ebay, amazon, netflix...
Some people miss asic miners too, good bitcoin debit cards, bitcoin deposits... A lot...

I live in the US, and we've already got some decent options for getting electronics like computers and parts, etc from sites such as Newegg. I'm not saying it wouldn't be a good idea to possibly open up a service selling electronics as more services in any area involving BTC is good, but I feel there's opportunity to be found in things we do every day that involve fiat currency. Too many people are focused on electronics transactions with BTC, and other things like even just food as a whole and clothing would be great places to start.

Well that depends on what type of services your offering but usually if it's an exchange, trading site there are thousands of complaints from people whose money had been stuck from withdrawal but tech support is not responding. This may not be your case that's why im asking what type of business do you have, so i can answer clearly.

How can the services we miss depend on the services that we're offering. You're not making any sense. He may not have a business at all but looking to start one. Is that so hard to get?

...pay my television account  with bitcoin, pay energy bill using bitcoin, pay internet bill using bitcoin, pay my water bill using bitcoin.
That's it. Bills, bills and once again bills. Also, groceries. I'd like to be able to pay my Internet bill and buy daily products with BTC. I've bought all the electronics and clothes already, so that's set for months or even years to come. What I'd like now is to be able to live on BTC, especially now when my yearly crypto income is higher than my fiat income. I don't want to keep exchanging.

well in my case I lack more options for me to buy bitcoin using my debit card, pay my television account  with bitcoin, pay energy bill using bitcoin, pay internet bill using bitcoin, pay my water bill using bitcoin. another important thing is to have bitcoin debit card. if we had a company that issued bitcoin debito card would be the most good thing we need urgently. with that we would get rid of visa and mastercard. I do not understand, why there is no crypto company that did not think about creating their own plastic cards and we are no longer dependent on visa and mastercard

Rather than asking people one by one, take that as a challenge for those who wants to opened a service.

Not to find the missing one but let those missing come to you automatically. Since people have different preferences about using a certain service, sometimes we doesn't know what we really want. That's the time you will opened a service and see if it will be in-demand to the community. Well of course you have to analyzed the current situation so that the service you will provide will really be demanded

No, there are still lots of unimplemented services don't can be done with cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are also a currency that can be use for payment, but in reality we are using it as an investment which is understandable because there are still few use cases. I know that there some few online merchants that already accepting cryptocurrency or with the help of payment processors but just like pixie85 said their those stores that accepts cryptocurrency can only serve limited locations, So what we really need is a huge adoption from this stores and merchants, and if majority will do accept then other types of service will follows. What I want to see is, an amazon type of online store that accepts cryptocurrency that is available in my country or maybe a food delivery that accepts crypto which is also not yet available here.

It's not exactly something to miss since it doesn't exist yet but a true Bitcoin enabled debit card would be nice to have. Every single crypto debit card that's ever been proposed or built is still based on Visa or MasterCard. And they have always proven problematic whenever these providers change their stance on Bitcoin/cryptocurrency.

I suppose if every merchant began accepting Bitcoin and via Lightning Network, we'd see this new network displacimg Visa/MC but people still probably want to be able to swipe and pay with a pin or wave... Scanning QR codes and signing transactions still presents a step people are unwilling to do.
