chances are we can get a very big profit when the token price increases, and vice versa we can also suffer a considerable loss where the price of the token is decreasing the price, in my opinion we better buy for some tokens.

This is good for the buyers of token. They can choose what they want in one marketplace. But this could take a long time before it will happen.

I thought this is what the Bancor protocol accomplishes. You can install liquidate tokens without an exchange. Otherwise there have been plenty of decentralized token markets projects.

As soon as altcoins could be buyed with fiat the significance (and dominance) of bitcoin will be reduced significantly. If this would happen the price correlation between bitcoin and alts would be much less than it is today.

We need an easy way to buy alts with fiat. If it can be achieved, this would be a great way to decouple alts from btc, which is a big problem as we can see good news with an alt, but it is swamped by btc price moves and so the alt fails to rise in price.

it will be very convenient for buyers, but may also have a negative effect on token developers.

My predictions will yield many pros and cons.

Yeah. What concern cons...
1. First of all it is some kind of centralization that is already in opposite of cryptocurrency and ICO nature.
2. For example there will be rating system (it should be in such projects). How do you know that it won't be cheated?

What do you think about the possibility to buy tokens directly via one marketplace ?
It's worth it in the end if there is a flock of new Bitcoin holders that are wanting to trade an altcoin that is on no other exchange. Less rules is better for exchanges.

It is not a good thing to have only one exchange.

The fact that Poloniex have grow arrogant is due to the fact that they have the most trading volume. It either you use them or trade with an exchange with less volume.

Decentralized exchanges is the way forward, sadly it is moving at a very slow pace.

We should search the market first then we need to go for buying if we are not going through market and decided to buy then we may buy wrong tokens which is known as scam because there are many people who are scammers.

It would be very nice to buy altcoins without going thru the hassle of buying Bitcoin first and transfer them to an exchange to buy the altcoins.
Just like some sort of eBay.

what hassle ?
it is actually much easier to buy altcoins with bitcoin than it is to buy them with fiat!

using fiat is known to cause a lot of delays and issues. you MUST sign up, verify your account and give all your identity/documents to the place where you are buying from and pay a hefty fee for your fiat transfer and wait a long time until it is credited to your account.
that is fiat hassle.

with bitcoin you just sign up and give your Email or use some service such as ShapeShift which doesn't even need that. and pay a tiny transaction fee of a couple of cents and you are good to go.
and this is all the BTC hassle!!

I think it is good idea to centralized the marketplace but it has also disadvantage because you can't select of which market has a better price.

That just like buy through shift and you can buy a token instantly from there, if you are wanna making that idea and that will be useless because the competition is really strict.
The more exchange are in competition to provide the best experience to the users.

Waves and bitshares have a DEX but they don't have a selection other altcoins. It means you still need to go to a regular exchange to transfer to either bitcoin or waves/bitshares. it will happen one day, and then it's goodbye to regs

So like ethdelta already provides such an opportunity. Yes, they have bad interface, but it is a decentralized market and it lists all ERC20 tokens!
A decentralized marketplace is kind of the only thing that can withstand the regulation from the governments. It's a good idea.
