How is that different from bittrex or polo? You can buy almost all tokens in these places.

its possible nowadays, because most of the ico will break out, and you can buy at a low price on the marketplace, but its not certain whether the market will keep going down or not

It would be very nice to buy altcoins without going thru the hassle of buying Bitcoin first and transfer them to an exchange to buy the altcoins.
Just like some sort of eBay.
