thats simple analisys but true, for long term majority altcoin now in strong support and good to accumulate. we just need little patience to wait market totally recover which is no longer again take time. Dot as good platform also have good ecosystem and also strong community , if we compare its ATH and current price its worth to buy now.

We’ve seen the peak of this coin, we know their progress and their future plans, so for me its really good to buy this on a cheaper price and that $10 or below is a good price to buy. DOT is one of the best chain that you can use as of the moment, they also have a higher chance of rising again so if you buy now, for sure you wont regret that in the future. New ATH is still possible with DOT, have some now.

The main point here is faith and belief in the vision of the creator, if you partake in those, do invest in it at the lowest possible price. It does not mean that the project will give you a profit but your support might be what the creators need. But again do assess the fact that 99% of shitcoins are scams or failures from the start and the creators only hype it to gather the money and bail.Quote

My honest opinion is that the altcoin market is a bigger Wild West than bitcoin is. Almost every coin you find here seems like a shitcoin which is designed by a bunch of 10-year olds and hence does not impart any mature economic visions for me. Furthermore, majority of these are made with the intention of "testing the crypto waters" or plains scams. Hence I stay away from the altcoins as much as possible. I find investing that time in bitcoin has given me much easier decision making and peaceful nights.
Why polka-dot? Any particulate reason? Cause I dont see polka-dot having any edges over other altcoins in the market right now. If you're looking for altcoins advice then I say ETH and BNB seem much better than polka-dot.

The momentum came for altcoins that were able to compete with their competitors in the market. also to those who develop the project. Many altcoins looked strong when they were released on the bull market. but after the bears came and made the price crash. the project is no longer able to wake up from difficult conditions.

So if you are feeling doubt caused by that and then forget to invest in the crypto. you do know that if the price already bottomed but you are still seeking opinion from others. that proves if you didn't even trust yourself. If we just really know when the market will be in dip situation, I am pretty sure everybody are happy. But in reality of course its not possible, due to the market was too unpredictable and all of us are waiting for this. Now if your gonna ask me, does this moment is a good timing to buy DOT, I could say yes and no. Because like what I said the market is unpredictable, if ever you buy now then it suddenly the coins dump the price quickly, you know the feeling of saying the words like "what a pity, I shouldn't be in a hurry" you know what I mean.
I am not sure it is a bottom, especially for altcoins. As you know, altcoins do not have a bottom and if bitcoin does not recover properly, the altcoin market will continue its triumphant plunge. For Polkadot there is still room to fall, if you look at the charts, the strong support there was formed back in 2020, at ~$4.5 level, so if you wait a bit, you can wait for these values, but not the fact that it will happen in the next couple of months.

No one knows for sure, about the current crypto market, only predictions and some analysis that you can see on google, it seems that every altcoin must have its own investor to advance the coin, polka dots look good, only the market is currently down, so if you want to invest there is nothing wrong with polka dots, good opportunity. Really hard to tell, I mean the project looks solid, but since we are in a bear market, every coins is going to suffer even ETH (it even recorded a lowest low of 2 digits back in 2018 bear market).
And this is what we call crypto winter, survival of the fittest. So I guess no one can answer your question. No one here has the crystal ball to see what the future holds. So it's really up to you, whether you believed on this project and that it will survived this bear market or not.
Almost all altcoins depend on the movement of bitcoin. Therefore, if you can predict whether bitcoin will go up or down, then altcoins will follow that trend, but which is something that is hard to predict.
About DOT I think it is a very potential altcoin, 7$ may not be the last bottom of DOT but can buy from now on, we will never know where the bottom will be but we can buy with price near bottom.
