Man is omnivorous in nature, that is he needs both meat and vegetable food for normal life support.
However it turned out that man is not only omnivorous in nature he was also a great inventor-pervert.
Vegetarianism today in a particular trend is a fact.

It's personal choice of everyone but you should never push people to become vegetarians. If you like that, go on but don't push anybody to stop eating meat.

I think it's a trap for all this stuff as vegan food gives you longevity. Just as I think bio is just another option for people to spend more on food. To be healthy you do not have to eat only certain foods, but eat at all. Balance is everything and if you add a little sports you do not have to become a vegan!!

I think they're people trying to do the right thing and I like them for that and would never say it's wrong to be a vegetarian, but are making some mistakes. I was a vegetarian for almost 10 years, close to vegan for a year, and am a strict vegan for about half a year. I regret not doing it sooner.

If you take ethical veganism to its logical extreme, the only non-hypocritical solution is to kill yourself. Killing for meat is only a small part of the ubiquitous damage inflicted by humans.

Eating meat is natural for humans, while vegetarianism is a relatively new thing. Pre-historic humans were all meat eaters. Vegetarianism was invented by some Indian Brahmans a few thousand years ago, to asset their moral superiority.

Being vegetarian is good to our health, almost our body system will be in great condition including blood pressure. I ever being vegetarian about 2 month to lower my blood pressure, cause my blood pressure too high blood pressure causes the body's metabolism to be disturbed and lead to many diseases. So I decided being vegetarian about 2 months, after that check up medical in hospital again now my blood pressure in normal. Disrupted metabolism causes a lot of bad things such as sleep disorders, digestion, susceptible to viruses due to weakened antibodies, etc. Therefore I suggest a healthy lifestyle one of which is to become vegetarian.

For me, being vegetarian is making our lives healthy. I salute to the people doing this because its not that easy. Especially when you get used to exposed to meat. But if ever since your family and all the people around you are doing this, then it would not be hard for you.

I don't think that the vegetarians are more healthy when compared to the non-vegetarians. It all depends on your diet and how much exercise you do. A non-vegetarian who consume fatty food in moderation and works out daily will be in a much better shape and health when compared to a vegetarian who never does exercise and consumes a lot of fatty food.

Some people just want to live longer, healthier lives. Others have made the switch to preserve Earth’'s natural resources or from a love of animals and an ethical opposition to eating them, and there's abundance of scientific research that demonstrates the health and environmental benefits of a plant-based diet, even the federal government recommends that we consume most of our calories from grain products, vegetables and fruits. How about your opinion ?
Being vegetarian is important it gives you more healthy for your health it is recommended for having a diet and suffering for hypertension

Being vegetarian is a good, because it keeps our body healthy. Moreover for them who live in tropical climate. And being vegetarian is not expensive, it is cheaper than other life style. For me, it should be the life style, since now days there are so many kinds of foods which is not good for our health.

Being a vegetarian costs a lot of money because vegetables are not cheap at all and since most of them are not organic and mostly filled with chemicals it is basically the same thing as eating meat. Vegetables are healthy when they are organic but even those costs a whole lot.

I enjoyed it thoroughly when I ate vegetarian for about 4 years. I still try to focus on eating a whole food plant based diet but have relaxed the eating meat. We try to eat a lot less and eat higher quality, responsibly raised when we do. Definitely agree with the health and environmental benefits. Eating vegetarian does require a lot of prep work unless you want to be a fast food vegetarian.

I think there's a difference between the two. That being said, all books about nutrition advice at least to reduce meat consumption.

I was raised a flesh eating savage, but now I'm going vegan.

Its hard to start, I still cheat a little bit but I'm weaning myself off the bullshit.

I feel much healthier ever since I started being mindful of what I eat. I used to get sick fairly often and since I haven't been sick once  Grin

I was vegetarian for about a year. I would say the first couple of weeks were hard. But after that, it gets easier. I didn't crave meat or want any of it after the first month. I found a lot of vegetarian dishes everywhere I went to eat or I just asked for it without meat. I did sometimes feel more tired because I did not have enough protein. If you want to do it I suggest getting vitamins like B12 to not be deficient in it because that is what we get from meat. But I did feel healthier.

Being a vigetarian makes it easier for someone to keep an eye on their weight. This is certainly very beneficial for those who are on a diet program, either for health reasons or for beauty reasons. Vegetables and fruits are low-calorie foods. In addition, these foods can also provide full effects longer so it is suitable to accompany your diet.

I think the same as about everyone else.
Probably it's places useful for health. I wouldn't have connected this to only the moral aspects here, it's funny!  Undecided

The very fact of a person's life on this earth already provokes a wave of murders and pollution. And many opponents of vegetarianism use the same logic to show vegetarians how inconsistent they are in their desire to give up meat because their existence still turns into a death for many animals and insects.
