what do you think about pump and dump?  did you ever trade on pump and dump event? can you give few tips for how to make money from this events? what i need to look for?
pump and dump is a natural thing in the world of crypto trading. to pump and dump must have a very large capital. I've done it in altcoin, because the amount of capital is not great then I choose the altcoin that is still emerging. after doing it I finally get the benefit. but I confirm that this is very risky because you have to trust 100% against altcoin you buy. because if you can not make the right decisions you may lose 50% more.
That’s the reality indeed. To be the cause of pump or dump is full of risks and even being among those few who control pumps and dumps is not an easy task. You may lose all you have here. That’s a smart thing if you tried all this with altcoins because bitcoins are much powerful and doing such experiment with them will be definitely a failure.

Of course, only very wealthy group may pump-and-dump  BTC, as well as any currency in the world...20 years ago George Soros done it with
British Pound and in few dayes gained several billions:))

Time by time it happens with BTC too, all this peaks and falls ,like last night trade results, good evidence of such "group speculations"...TOP 100 BTC wallets keep millions of BTC and it's very easy to manipulate in the range of 300-500$/BTC ...

It can be regulated via exchanges self-regulations, when demand is increasing in minutes and hours, they must act as market regulators, rejecting
"demand tsunamy" by default...

In alt coin markets most pumps and dumps are orchestrated. So there is an individual or group that as enough money to make the market move. As an outsider you should be very careful because you will mostly left with a bag of coins that you you will be buying to high and wont be able to sell before the value is too low.

It's how big players make money here. They get the things when it's cheap, they pump it and then they sell at high price, and then price dies, they collect them back. It's a cycle. I saw it for adex tokens, while I attempted to trade on bittrex. It was very fast.

There are pump and dump groups and I don't recommend them. The only people that benefit from them are the group owners. These are the real pump and dumps. They last about a minute and it usually takes place on bittrex. They just pick a random coin and tell people to buy which is sad.

I had a bad experience when I tried to go with pump & dump scheme. I usually don't recommend anyone to participate in pump and dump groups, it's not illegal but it's unethical in my opinion. I have lost my entire capital multiple times in my initial days of trading when I used to invest based on the others opinion, most of them turned out to be a pump and dump early adopters attracting other traders to invest in the coin in which they have invested initially.

I think most pump and dump only control by whale trader especially for who own the most richest bitcoin address so it's will difficult for us who own bitcoin less than BTC 1 especially when bitcoin getting valuable than ever.
But still supply and demand still the main factor who affect pump and dump for bitcoin value

Pump = sell and dump = buy. The point is we must know the right coin and when to execute, sound easy but not like that anyway. Analyze carefully, use your knowledge and see the chart. Use long time period and also money management to know where to replace stop loss. Last thing is, never see another opinion person/ group. Just do it and face the risk. Thank you.

I hate it. I don't even like the sound of it. I don't know though if i ever traded on a pump and dump. I surely hope not. Because i really don't join such groups that do those things. because again, I don't like it and have a lot of friends who also hate it. Sad thing is, even when people know it isn't right, they still do it. And i suggest you don't do it also. But still that's your choice, but be sure you are not the one being taken advantage on.

I think pump and dumps are pretty common in the altcoins markets.
I tried to trade twice time ago, once I earned money while the other one I lose it.
In order to make money from this event, you have to be the admin of pump and dump groups and buy before the others.
The pumping and dumping of price of Bitcoin is commonly result by the sudden changes and development happens to bitcoin system. And it cod be the possibility of the movement of the stock of Bitcoin into the market that provides people a possible way of transaction and investments because typically investments and trading depends on the flow of the price of Bitcoins.

Pump and dump is always happening in the crypto world because when you look at a coin price that is increasing without any basis you know something is going on behind the camera. But you need to be  careful though because some don't have the population to move things as in that case, relying on the information blindly might ended up in a loss for you.

Pump and dump? Its just a normal thing on this trading world of crypto which this thing do normally happen on most coins. Riding the flow or the wave would be the hardest part of all.If you did miss or enter on the wrong time then for sure you would able to lose money but if you did get in on the right time then money will flow into your pocket. Indications?  most likely seek up for news regarding on a certain coin, either on its developments or updates.

Even I tried many times but could not able to make any money with those pumps and dumps. At least we are going to lose the money.
Why you cannot make money when a coin is being pumped. Probably you are joining those bumps very late, that must be a reason for unable to make use of them. You must closely watch market movements when a coin is trading with more volume then you can identify them as being pumped and then you can buy and then you can sell with 10% profits.

If you are looking for big profit margins then you may get disappointment alone as we cannot be sure how long a pump may persist. It is always good to secure some profits and closing our trades before dump phase will start.

I think pump and dump is sad, really. Think about it someone just wants to manipulate everyone to buy into their scam and steal their hard-earned money!

It is very risky while it was pumping because it is syndication soon it will dump. SO we have to be very careful when any coin is pumping.

Yes that's true.

I already experience that decision, because I lose some profit when I sell my coins because of unexpected matters. Like what you said it is normal in the market of cypto-currency, this is because they base on the volume of the token in thw market. To be a good trader you will experience mistakes this is because of the pumping and dumping of the token price.

This is an advice, much better to earn a kind of token than buying them because even the price is low atleast you have an income, no loses of capital can happen.

Base in what i experience in pump and dump it is just like a churn and burn. if you really want to make profit with it you should be early and if you seen the price increase sell it and never buy back again just to make sure you already made profit and save your investment.. Because those altcoin are honestly turn into no value in the end the same what happen to me when trying reinvested again into altcoin..
So be careful much better to go in other altcoin which is already live for a long time. like ethreum litecoin monero.. and mostly better to stay with bitcoin..
