I think now we are at bull season for altcoins, almost all altcoin's prices rising form 1-2 weeks and I hope minimum 20-25 days more this rises can continue. I think then bitcoin will rise and altcoins will drop again.
Just sit back, relax and be cool, don't be obsessed because it will only lead you to panic selling. It's normal that you could see the market with green color, it would be much better if you would make your investment to be a long term. I think that you may sell your token if it will give you almost 50~100% profit.

First of all you must mention the name of token you are hodling otherwise how can anyone give you advice about whether to sell or hod?Still i can say that market has just recovered and turning green but still it's away from actual pumps and many good alts are rising this year so the coin you are holding might boost after some time if you have patience and wait for the actual pump to come to market and you can have much profits. 
I think so far so good because I see that many altcoins trying to rise back after it's down for a long time before and now they give a good sign to us so we can try to sell our coins. but still, I cannot predict if this market will be like this in this month or it just in this week only because many of coins after it gets increase, it will get down too deep and I don't want to get a trap at the high price.
IMHO market is starting to be bullish once again. After big correction from the beginning of this year, now its time to turn around and grow. Take a look at BTC chart, you will see that from the few weeks its going up, and this can be a good sign for all the cryptos.
BTC is not really bullish yet. It will be bullish if and when it breaks the $11800 resistance or so.
The issue now is with regulation and such. Basically too many scams are going around and it's hurting the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Looking at the daily it looks bearish or neutral. The weekly and long term is bullish but problem is, it's hard to tell what the bottom will be. Maybe it was the $5800 or maybe it will go further down to the $5k or so.
To hold or not to hold? The question is very simple if you understand what type of profit you want to achieve, you want just to double or tripple the result - then sell without any doubts, but is you wanna be a little greedy, it is better to hold for a while

Thats what most of the mediocre investors are missing, not setting a target mark before putting your money in any coins. Your confusion may end up into a loss, if you didnt manage to come up with a certain strategy.

It depend on many factors as:- What token are you holding?
- the price of this token now is higher or lower than the price when you bought it.
- How much profit do you want?
My opinion, the crypto market just start recovering and many potential will continue go up in this month. If the token which you're holding, is a good coin then you can wait more a month.

I think you are new here. The first basic rule is not to make hasty decisions and do not sell your coins too quickly when price have green colour.
So in your situaction the best option will be wait for better price

I think the current market is starting to grow well and looks more stable,when bitcoin increases then altcoin starts to green.My altcoin is also green but I will not sell it until it reaches the highest peak because for now only started to grow better hold until the end of the year.
Observe the market exchange on token you are holding if you are satisfied in the price of your token you can trade it but if you think the price was in good there's a possibility that it can much higher just hold first.
This is just a small increase in the market. Everything is still stable and you should not sell your coins now to get a small amount of money. After BTC breaks $10000 level, the altcoins price will rise higher and you can sell your coins.

I think the current market is starting to grow well and looks more stable,when bitcoin increases then altcoin starts to green.My altcoin is also green but I will not sell it until it reaches the highest peak because for now only started to grow better hold until the end of the year.
Hoping for less volatility the crash was needed for the market to mature.
I think the current market situation is stabilizing. Some altcoins such as Ethereum and bitcoin begin to rise. Although only a little, but this is a big improvement in the Q1 period. So just pray this market situation has a positive impact on other altcoins.

You should have set a clear target at which you would sell at, and a clear stop loss before you even started trading.
I don't know which token that you're talking about, but I think that this rally is nearing the end of its lifecycle. It's probably wise right now to sell at least some now since the markets have simply gone up so much in a short period of time, then buy later at a lower price after prices adjusts.
If you don't want to sell now, then hold for the long term. The crypto market as a whole has a long way to go and as long as your token is of a legit project, it will continue to go up in value in the long run.
Depends on what you think that coin can do currently. If you feel like it has reached its potential sell it. If you feel like it has more room in the tank then hold on to it. I would lean towards holding on as the markets seem to be primed for more growth yet.
