The idea of backing the value of the token by real property seems promising enough to me. But I do have some doubts about it whether it will that successful or not. They are putting the price according to the future value of the company. They have already assumed their value in the future and if they don't reach their goals then it might be a tough situation in the future. The risk is there but might be worth if the returns are good.
It is so many ICOs now. Like mushrooms in forest.
I chose UNIVERSA and I like this project. It receive now almost 14 millions.
You can chose some project that have already money on pre ico. So it indicates that this is high chances successful company.

So basically I'm one of the many ICO hunters around the forum.
I've invested in Electroneum and I think it's solid and great.
I'm ready to invest again. I've seen a lot of ICOs.
But none of them attracted me as Propthereum did.
It's backed by property and actually looks fantastic.
What do you guys think of it ? Should I go in it ? It will start in about two weeks or so.

There is a lot of similar project with it, in this moment i just look at the community's feedback. You can try to invest in that project that already gained a lot of the interest. the more interest and the more demand will come. I was expecting about a small result from there.
