I've never bought an app in my entire life. Looks like I'm missing out. I do regularly buy ebooks and that's something I'd definitely like to be able to buy with BTC.

A bitcoin appstore would be definitely great! I'd love playing android games and would like to buy some games on play store but they don't accept BTC as payment so it would be nice if I can pay for an application with BTC

I would rather see a Bitcoin App Store. I think that is the clear way to go if it got big enough, look at Apple and what they accomplished with their app store. It is insane the amount of money/downloads that go through there.

I have to go with App store on this one, and why?
1) It removes the limit google has put for some countries for purchasing apps and this way at least others will have a chance of purchasing an app
2) It also give us more freedom in terms of uploading our own app there and earned straight bitcoin payments
3) There are already plenty of exchanges out there
4) You can always add more functionality to an app store but you can't do the same to an exchange since it can't be much manipulated

I want Steam to incorporate Bitcoin payment, that would be HUGE deal for Bitcoin. As for exchanges, I think we have enough of them.
Maybe if new exchange introduce some interesting concept of service it will be interesting but I need to see it first.

I think the Bitcoin appstore is better than just exchange Bitcoins for fiat and other currencies
the bitcoin appstore will support better this cryptocurrency and advertise it better way

There are too many exchanges right now, but there aren't many great appstore/gamestore which accept bitcoin
I think we don't need new appstore/gamestore which accept bitcoin, but big appstore/gamestore such as Google Play, Steam, Windows Store, Playstation store, or others which accept bitcoin.
So, not only we can spend our bitcoin for any apps or games, but also increase bitcoin adoption slightly. People will curious about bitcoin & they will search about bitcoin & they might use bitcoin too.

I will say we need a decentralized automated exchange than appstore as this is going towards centralization.There is still space for an exchange with low fee with multiple currency support and that is it what will also make the process of buy/sell and trading with Bitcoin more easy.
This. How are people going to use Bitcoin if they can't buy it easily, first things first, the process of buying and selling needs to be simpler and an exchange that can provide that is what I would want. Appstore with Bitcoin will be good but if the users don't have bitcoin how are they going to buy apps with it?

Definitely appstore.
Age is appstore's age. They always make profits.
Think about Steam putting Bitcoin option for buying.
It would affect lots of people. Lots would learn about it and wanna use it for sure

An App Store would be more interesting than another exchange. There are already to many exchanges around, and app store which accepts bitcoin would be something innovative and interesting.

ofcourse i will choose appstore, but its really impossible , they already have apple pay though ,the way to purchase just exchange it to USD/EUR

Without any doubt I will want to see a better exchange than appstore/googlepay or any similar traditional service.There are things in change and it is quite possible in near future we really see some exchange to fulfill the gap.May be Openbazar wor some similar service will be turning point in this regard.

there is already bitshare 2.0, it seem still in beta, but it's a decentralized exchange
There is but let's see will this ever work how it's supposed to. For example their first Bitshares 1.0 exchange never worked as advertised. Pegs for bitusd and USD and other currencies have never held their values, wallet was buggy and it hasn't worked.
All I can say is that we are still very far away from the real decentralized exchange!

i would like to see the apple app store accept bitcoin payments. another exchange isn't really needed if you ask me, since there already are plenty of them.
