VIP level is just about rank and benefits, there is no significant difference when it comes to the services from support given to the users. I'm now Platinum II user in a casino, what I feel is that the casino support serve me the same since I was non VIP user. When I was still newbie until what I'm now, support treat me the same way. What makes different is about the benefits, of course it cant be treated the same way because it is something related to our wagering activity in the casino. I would prefer to say that all users are treated fairly.

You are right, you can not expect VIP should be treated like someone that deposits $50 to gambling on a casino, it is not possible. VIPs will always get the best promotional offers and there is VIP offers too.

But in a well known good casino, it should not be that the VIP and other users playing with huge amount to be treated good while those that deposit little amount of money to be treated bad which is what I think he is talking about.
