high fees or low fees it very subyektif. it mean when you said yobit is high fees in transaction, another people not said that and said low fees transaction. but no problem, i think this case can be solved with you convert your coins with another coin has lower fees like doge
so in my opinion yobit is still best exchanger same as binance exchange

Binance is at the top when it comes to daily trading volume. But daily volume can't be the only parameter when we need to choose
and exchange for us. I can't trade on Binance, they do not support my country, many people have the same problem. For us Binance
is off the limits, we need to settle with some other exchange that is available for us.
My top exchange is KuCoin, they are OK in every meaning of that word. They have reasonable fees and good choice of coins.

Better? I don't know if there is an exchanges that's better than binance but we have a few others of great exchanges as well.
The other reputable and popular exchanges has their own color to make it different from each other. But, until this day Binance still managed to be the best out of the best exchange out there. There are other alternatives exchanges you could try.

I think Binance has done a very good job in this transaction. Although the hacking incident was previously reported, because of the abundant funds, it was immediately subsided and the users who lost it were also compensated.

Ignoring Binance, I think Okex is a good choice for you! With many events and offers for users, okex also confirms their security. Besides, transaction costs are lower than Binance and Bitrex.

ive heard of this exchange before but to be honest id never try to visit or even used it once because i do also have other favorites and other alternatives next to binance but i do also use binance until now despite of the hack and data breach incedents that happened to them lately because i believe that its not thier fault . okex on other hand is not really that popular , but who knows what if the exchange becomes mainstream , itll be also an eye popper to the scammers but lets hope they can tighten thier security before that happens .

decentralised exchange is prone in hacking remember what happen to etherdelta 2years ago before they move to fork delta. But the security will always depend on the users. but not all has the information how to secured thier crypto asset. Which is very important.

I think DEX or centralized exchange almost same for now about security. Because hacker will look exchange that the security not really strong and do their job, steal people's money. So we must be careful for it.

Binance and bitfinex are the best exchanges as much I know if you want to have good exchange means you need to use bittrex or bitfenix next to Binance I will trust these exchanges also as my trading option.

Better than Binance?
No such exchange exist yet. But the exchange that have similar capability & UI like Binance is Huobi, Kucoin, OKEX.
But i don't believe Binance gonna collapse anytime soon. They work very hard to buidl their plarform, expand their business to different region.

Decentralised exchanges are still the best in my opinion since you have full control over your funds and I think only regulators are hindering its growth. No Changelly is not safe, and I'm not recommending people to use it go check the scam section and search for Changelly there are 4 to 5 reports about this exchange, people should do diligence when recommending an exchange, people might think you are shilling these exchange and you are part of the team, and about Binance I don't think they will go bankrupt, they are the number one exchange and will do everything to stay number one
