That sounds super fishy.   How many support tickets have you opened?

I have opened 10-15 tickets a long these 45 days...  And no answer anyone of them...

ok, that is more than enough tickets.   That is really weird that no one has gotten back to you.   Something doesn't add up... support has gotten back to me everytime too.  They aren't the fastest, but they definitely respond.

Edit** oops didn't see your above post...congrats on getting your own money...haha

Ask your bank to reverse the transfer, it might not be too late.

There's a few scammers around taking advantage of btc-e's lack of pr, asking to chat on skype and deposit more BTC or fiat.

Today, someone contacted with me by skype from account btc-e.support1.  He told to me to process my issue would need that I made a BTCs deposit on my account on BTC-e.  I thought this could be any kind of fraud, logically... I closed the conversation and I am waiting to get contact with somebody of BTC-e to solve my problem...

I'm seriously thinking to report the case to Police!

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks and best regards,
Coradan.

I have reply some tweets but without any result.  Nobody contacts with me and I dont know the right way to solve my problem...

I think Nikola is the owner of BTC-e, does anybody know the Nikola's skype?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you very much and best regards,
Coradan.

I think it is doubtful that you will be able to directly speak with one of the owners of BTC-E.   They have jumped through a lot of hoops to remain anonymous, nothing personal, but I don't think they are going to give that up to help anyone with their deposit or withdraw problems.  I could be wrong, but I doubt it...

You probably didn't indicate FFC ACC for SEPA and wire transfers in the memo of your transfer, which is mentioned on BTC-e when you place an order. So the funds could arrive to the bank but did not hit BTC-e bank account particularly.
Did you enter FFC ACC?

Yes, the problem was data in FFC ACC, but I told to them the right data one day after funds were transfered in a ticket, but I dont have reply for the moment... I think that 40 days is enough time at least to say that somebody is processing my problem and give me some information or solution...

You were supposed to put FFC ACC in the memo of SEPA transfer, not in the ticket to BTC-e support. Also you should have informed them about your problem earlier than in 40 days after money was sent.... Hope that you will all in all resolve your problem.

Hi,

I had a problem with a deposit on BTC-e 40 days ago.  I put a ticket on their support site on 20th of December and I have not any answer yet about the issue.

Is there anybody in the same situation? Is this usual behaviour on BTC-e when anybody has a problem or my case is unique?

Any help would be appreciated!...

Thanks and best regards,

i had issues with BTC-E too. resolved them in NOT reasonable time so i stopped using them.
currently i am using btcwithdraw.net , so far i get fast payouts and fast replies.
btc-e was pain in the ass for replies, never replied on time or did not reply at all. my hair turned grey because of btc-e's shitty service

It was a SEPA transfer and the funds went out from my bank to BTC-e bank, so I know that they are in BTC-e.  I sent to BTC-e the documentation to demostrate it in a ticket.  But they dont reply any of my tickets since 40 days ago.  I cant understand how they dont answer anything...

But is that any excuse for not replying to support ticket for 40 days? If you can reply, why can't btc-e?

Don't know, it might be caused by a great number of orders and tickets on BTC-e platform... hope that contact details from longshort3301 will help to resolve the issue
