Up and down in the movement of Bitcoin is a normal phenomenon and other altcoin too. The current decline in the market value of Bitcoin and other altcoin shows correction moment for investors to buy more and hold till the next upward move to break $5000 strong resistance.

The main mistake I made when I first started buying alts was that I underestimated the effect of Bitcoin.

So the main reason that alts are falling in the last couple of days and especially today is that Bitcoin brushed the psychologically important $5,000 mark. This triggered selling, which triggered shorting, which triggered panicking.

This correction is quite normal after the increase of the last week
added to this announcement of the Chinese government, this is a bit more impressive
I see this as a good opportunity to buy at good price !

someone will see its normal and not only once, but as far as i know, its because the Chinese government will make some regulation to the ICO, and the main ICO platform in China had stopped ico yet.Someone can explain?
With the recent all time high of 5k, many folks had sell their shares. With everyone selling, the price goes down.
When the price is low, it is now a great opportunity to buy again.

The prices are up and down on a good day. If I were You, O wouldn't worry much, this is normal investing in this space. Things will correct itself soon.
China and US crackdown on ICO. Followed by Russian announcement that Bitcoin is biggest pyramid scheme and investments need to be monitored caused the panic.

First, don't just invest in anything just to have fun. I won't advise that someone because in the end if you are just investing for fun, you won't focus for realistic goals. Well this is another bloody week for the whole crypto currency market. And the only thing is because everyone tries to sell out and it's time to take some profit so we are seeing every coin's price to get down.
Some people said this was a normal cycle for alt coins, but as I know, this was most likely because that Chinese government would add some restrictions on all ICO projects. No matter this is a truth or rumor, just be careful these days.

This drop is nothing to be scared of for now. It is a simple correction in the price of bitcoin and other altcoins after the recent rally. I hope it is not as bad as the last one we had when crypto marketcap dropped by 50%.
Bitcoin is dropping in price due to the recent pump we have enjoyed since end of July till date. We should no that this is normal not only in cryptocurrency market but in stock, commodities and forex market. This is the best time to buy bitcoin and others altcoins that are seriously dropping in price. Bitcoin before the end of this month may break $5000 for some People has speculate that bitcoin heading to $7000 Before end of this month.
Crypto trading requires reading, knowing the current events. Its not like put it here and visit it later. Some coins might crashed due to some reason like death of main developer or owner.

It's just a bit of profit taking. Cryptocurrencies are way more volatile than stocks and shares, and sell offs happen for the most trivial reasons (because no-one is sure which alt will be a success, which means selling quickly is often the right strategy).
I'd advise you to go to Coinmarketcap and take a look at the historic charts for all the alts. This is 6486th time this has happened, or something close to that!

After the pump trends, here come the downtren of altcoins price, the bubble hasn't ended yet, the price of these coins will still increase but just a little dump happen and will be bouncing back again seeking for new ATH especially bitcoin and ETH.
Ths similar thing have happened before, if i recall after bitcoin announced its hf but you can see the outcome after that.

Its just a normal correction thats happening right now. In the last we had a cold winter with a lot of downtrends. But I think thats not going to happen this time. The most alts are moving sidewards and trying to load some more fuel for the next leg up.
