if you lost your bitcoin i think you cannot claim it any where, as bitcoin is not legal currency therefore you cannot even complaint in police station but you have only one choice and that is to be careful while trading or saving your bitocin, you should not keep all your bitcoin in one wallet you should use separate wallet for different amount of bitcoins.

Really sorry to here. How the bitcoin was lost? Was it hacked out or sent to some other bitcoins address due to typo error? I just happened to read a thread on getting the money back if this was hacked out. This would be really useful for you. Or if the bitcoin was lost as it was sent to wrong address, then try to reach them by giving the BTC address in google. You may receive some details on it. Good luck.

IF you lose bitcoins then you lose it and you can't do anything about that because once your wallet hacked then send your funds into another bitcoin wallet you can't really do nothing. Seeing your money withdrawing by other is the most painful and nightmare happen to you.

once you bitcoins send to a wrong address , or at any scam site, they can not be refunded . and you cant do shit about it...

Private keys is considered as a heart on your wallet if those keys would be lost then there nothing you could able to recover your bitcoin back and consider it as a lost coin and thats a lesson learned for you. There are really lots of ways or circumstances on which way does your bitcoin is lost. Either hacked, scammed, lost, etc. In my situation i do lost almost 10 btc on cloud mining sites and other hyip sites which is a really bad thing for me when i was a newbie before.

Wherever you loose either in gambling or ponzi sites or wallet getting hacked there is no way back to recover them, once the coins are gone from your wallet they are gone forever and you can't expect to get them back.

yes if you lose your bitcoin whatever way whether you send it to wrong address,lost your priv key,lost your offline wallet etc there is no way to get back your coins

That's true, and because this currency is completely irreversible, I think that for some it is an advantage but for many, it comes with disadvantages as if you said that someone accidentally sends something to another account, it might be sorted out but let's say if you are sending someone BTC0.001 and you enter BTC0.01 by mistake and the other party receives and then if you don't know them, it might be a very difficult case where you won't be able to get them back at any cost... So doing everything here very safely is recommended...

You cannot take it back, unless it's been lost on a gambling website (sent to another account by mistake etc) and the admins can help you in some way, it's impossible to do it unfortunately.

if BTC is sent there is no way to reverse it, Therefore you should be very careful regarding securing your coins and make sure they are kept in a safe way as well as when you send it and re-check the address before sending to avoid mistakes in sending.

Yeah its better to keep them safe in wallet so that we can access them anytime we want, as we know that once bitcoins are lost they are lost forever and there is no chance to recover them back again.
