My hunch is that the altcoin will be growing along with Bitcoin. This is because both altcoins and Bitcoin dipped in price quite severely together in the previous month and earlier. Therefore, the natural movement is for the altcoins to recover. Bitcoin has already recovered although not yet on the full since it has yet to get back the value that was lost. The altcoins on the other hand have yet to really show some signs that they will start flying once again.

Right now it looks like Bitcoin is consolidating its market share. At one point, the Bitcoin market dominance had dropped to as low as 32%. Now it is back to 41.4%. My guess is that by the end of this year, this figure may be at around 70% (irrespective of the exchange rates).

Bitcoin is very volatile so you should see the prices of Altcoins drop lower than expected at anytime.
If you have to invest in a coin then make sure you place a buy order instead of just letting the market place the orders for you because the price can drop down anytime.

My prediction is if bitcoin price rises again, the price of most altcoins also go up. However altcoins will not increase as big as bitcoin. Like in previous months, bitcoin price rose, altcoins price also went up. Now many people are happy to invest here.

Does it only me or do someone else here thinks that it is just a mere coincidence? Maybe there's one time that it is like this. When the bitcoin value goes up altcoin will be down and when bitcoin will goes down there will be a dump in altcoin. No one can tell. It is hard to predict whether the value of a coin will goes up or pump and then goes down or dump. It is really unpredictable. This is one of the characteristics coins have.

Because of their ability all people cant afford to invest into all type of crypto. Pumping and dumping happen with bitcoin or other altcoins much there. It effects on other alts too when bitcoins price dumps. We can say something about it and all people who are involved with cryptocurrency can say that its market will not finish quickly though we never can say about any altcoins future. Future will come with a better position.

I adhere to that rule when I am convinced that I do not need to spread and disperse my attention to altcoin. It is better to deal with several and in your opinion the most promising. Then do not have to sort and learn a lot of information.
