If you wamt to invest on long term then ICO is not a best choice because many tokens will lose their value after the ICO sale so it is best if your doing it in short term.
So you can invest on potential coins and it may give good returns in the future.The suggestions for long term investment are bitcoin, ethereum,litecoin and NEM.

I suggest that it is better to invest on the ICO that you personally like and the one that you already investigate. Other suggestion might be a hype or they maybe honestly be wrong in choosing an ICO. Go invest in something you really like, from the project developer and etc. For example i use this signature about vicetoken. this token work in porn industries i like watching porn, so i join in it. But dont judge me to quick because of it, who dont watch porn anyway ?

It is always good to invest an amount of money that you can afford to lose without risking your current economic stability. Investing all your salary in a virtual project and often nonexistent as an ICO seems very risky, but in the end nothing ventured nothing gained.

Since you are looking for a good ICO, take a good look at https://www.fuzex.co/. Right now they are in the middle of a very successful ICO, that has already reached 75% of the target. Are you serious? Why don't you do your own research instead of asking questions. You will get different answers here because most of them will point you to the coin where they have already invested up.
Use the power of internet and look at the coins that you have mentioned and decide for yourself it they are worth to be invested with your hard earn money.
The only coins that has a proven track record is bitcoin. All other coins has the "potential" to be pump-and-dump, meaning artificial price movement.

I would buy Eth to be secure. If we speak about ICOs, i like DEbitum network, Medichain and Daneel. Those three seem really promising.
