Asking people about ICO to invest in is not really a good idea, try to look out for a good ico yourself so that you will know that youndid it yourself
I would recommend you invest to Ethereum. First of all you safe your money, but if you want more risk and therefore more money you should invest in Ripple.

bet all on any single ICO and spread it out on at least two or three good ones.

Better invest on ICO with existing product or services, i invest an ICO with existing company like Cappasity, they are producing AR/VR software for other companies, they are also teaming up with Alibaba and Amazon for 3D online shop. They are also the top 10 AR/VR software company.
Invest smaller amounts in several ICOs to lower the risk.
My picks for February would be:
Refereum (biggest community, gamers, developers - big market)
WePower (best green-energy ICO - well hyped)
MedicalChain (great idea, good partnerships)
Bubbletone (= telecom on blockchain)

I am holding Waves, Neo, Iota and ETH too. This are coins that you need to look for especially the smart contracts are very valuable each coin. I've started to invest in some ICO and willing to wait for the next project to be released, There are many developers that are very serious at least have some prototype of their technology.
coinmetro is my recommendation. the team proved their worth with their already existing forex exchange. They also want to have a debit card and fiat wallets etc. But unlike other exchanges, coinmetro already has bank contacts and relations.

They develop a software for controlling devices with the power of thought. Strange that their telegram group has only 700 people although ICO starts soon. What I like about them is that they at least have some prototype of their technology.

You've got a nice judgment there.
For ICO look for a popular one, look at the team and the product/service they are talking about. It's progress and usability.
If you are going into ICO, go early to get the largest bonus.
If you've missed that, wait for it to hit the exchange and buy when the value decreases.
