It is hard to stop crypto now, now that people know its value and importance in transacting online where no one controls it. But, for OP when crypto disappears, I think many cannot accept it and will give birth to another form of digital currency, We know that necessity is the mother of invention and many will try to find ways to have a solution like crypto.

Authorities have a capacity of at least partially control and manage crypto by the law, which is already imposing on companies verification of the users (including checking your source of income in some cases) and managing anti money laundering. As well in some countries, you cannot buy legally some cryptos using fiat (unless it is otc cash transaction with individuals).
But in many cases approach "why to ban it if you can tax it" is starting to prevail.

It would be a clusterfuck obviously. First and for most it would be something paranormal, the whole world will be talking about it. It would be as if God himself eliminated something from the world. It would be as if China suddenly disappeared.

Second there will be a lot of depressed people, people who lost everything, and possibly some suicides.

If he thinks that the bitcoin will vanish because of sn internet or system problem well thats impossible because what you have said is right all the internet connect in the most countries has been upgraded and nothing to worry about but if the crypto vanishes because of the governments permission well that is possible if snd only if cryptocurrency will be plsce under the government of each country in the future.

That's for sure, although, there were a lot of crypto altcoins that will totally vanished, but Bitcoin and some top altcoins will not, and for sure more crypto projects will arise this year and in the future, so it won't vanish at all unless all the countries will banned and won't permit at all having crypto in their respective country which we know won't happen.

As I've said, if the whole world will be affected by that there will be freezing in transactions but it is not going to deplete it as a whole.

Natural calamities will come and it's for sure but there will be some parts of the world that will not be affected by it. So it means that the operation of bitcoin and other altcoins will be fully operational unless all the miners in the world are affected and stopped mining.

Some economies are now depending in blockchain technology, like what happene in Venezuela where they experienced hyper inflation because of the corruption in their government. Their currency have no value anymore that is why millions of their citizens fled into other countries. The blockchain technology is important for those economy experiencing crisis.

Cryptocurrencies have now important role in our society, there will be no disapperances that will happen because many institutions are now starting to adopt it due to its functions and advantages.

To be frank, crypto-disappearances are not likely, but if they really happen, they are triggered by a dead internet connection or the collapse of the electricity network. If such an occurrence is indeed, there is definitely no need to think about it. There's just a way back to waiting for power and internet maintenance. And we can use the crypto that we have as well. Even if actually crypto vanishes right now without any reason, it won't create a global crisis. Because the number of world residents with cryptocurrency is very small.

That scenario is not likely to happen. Crypto is already a multi-billion dollar business.
So the possibility of getting it wiped out is very slim to nothing.
Lots of companies are now relying on blockchain and aside from that, many people from all levels are benefiting from it.
