he's a billionaire guy and obviously he didn't make money fall out of the sky to become a billionaire, people still hold onto what he says because they assume that if he's so rich then he's competent and knows what he's saying and that's why people would invest in the altcoin he creates, I bet if he created any altcoin for sure his altcoin would be in the Top 10. I obviously wouldn't buy altcoin from him because I still like my little money and wouldn't want to lose in the dump. but the fact is that he is still influential unfortunately

It is possible that later Elon Musk will launch his own coin. If indeed Elon Musk really and seriously launches his coin I think he will make a huge profit and his coin will do well in the market. Moreover, Elon Musk has a large following and is supported by other retail investors. This he has proven recently how he made the price of Dogecoin experience a very high increase.

I doubt he completely lose his popularity, the fact that DOGE is still holding a good price, that's the statement that Elon's influence is still here and investors will still follow him. Though we might say that some had already realized that he is shilling, we know we have a lot of newbies and fool investors that would easily follow a popular personality, and worse is they follow blindly.

Elon Musk would never have a problem creating his own but I don't think he would want to risk is influence and personality to create a coin that many would think he's just a troll. Like the market always react, if Elon create his own a lot of investors would buy the coin cause the coin will spike immediately creating more funds for the early buyers since everyone is in the market to make gains in respective of the coin.

IMO, the reputation of Elon in crypto was already destroyed, and it was him who did it, it's becauseof his greediness.

It also depends on how he would start it. Probably as an airdrop maybe with limited number of tokens. I don't know if he would start it as a proof of work coin. Maybe hew would when he got enough solar panels to prove his point about Bitcoin being environmentally harmful. So he starts his own coin, powers mining with solar power and says hey people this is what I meant.
It definitely would come with a lot of hype.

We all know that Elon Musk uses cryptocurrency to promote and stimulate sales of his products. One day, he should create an altcoin, which will be paid for every mile tesla car made. This will made car owners drive more. Cars will more and more often will visit dealerships for maintenance. As a part of payment, owners can use "obtained crypto while driving". Everyone will win from that. Tesla, car owners, spare parts manufacturer, car services.

It is easy to create this scheme on the paper. I'm sure it is even easy to code this "tesla car token" distribution. Problem will be with laws, taxes and etc. Without crypto adoption, this is just a dream.

it is depend on which kind of project will Elon Musk build, if he build MEME coin without usecase again i am doubt alot investors will join. most of them prefer invest to project with high quality in usecase that can applied in our real life. blockchain give solution in any field and project that could build it they will get success include to elon musk.

I agree with your opinion, it is very risky to invest on meme coin created by well known people such as Elon.
The more the hypes, the more the crash impact after the hypes end.
Only early investor will gain huge profit from it by buying it and sell immediately when it pumped, not recommended to hold the coin unless the coin have some real use cases other than just a meme coin.

With that kind of scenario, it will become a Ponzi scheme as in the mind of the investors are the big increase of price in a short period of time, and since Elon is known as a good market manipulator, he can always make a good plan to manipulate the market again to market his own coin.

We can't stop this from happening, but if we educate ourselves, we can always stay away from this kind of investment.

Although it may seem like a good idea for him to strike the iron while it's hot by making his own alternative coin, I do not think that he will ever do it because if we think about how big his name is and the companies under him, he will mostly not make any course of action that may tarnish the name of his companies and his own name that he built through his hard work and achievements from it. If ever, he will most likely put a dummy CEO and fund its production then make a couple of tweets promoting it while making sure not to overly connect his name with it.

If we assume If he creates his own coin I believe his coin will do good in the market because still many of the investors and traders are influenced by him but I think its coin will end up like a pump and dump coin because he usually tweets without thinking that what are the consequences of his tweets he should tweets while keeping in mind that millions of people are depending on crypto earning but he usually says quickly whatever comes to its mind and that's not good sometimes whether his intentions are good.
