If world war III happens, which I hope not, afterwards nothing will exist, and not the Bitcoin. That would be the end of the world. And with no electricity, internet and communications there is no use of Bitcoin. I can't see how anything could survive the WW III so this would probably mean the end of Bitcoin too.
Power outages? People would use generators. Bitcoins would skyrocket in price because certain fiats would be worthless. So it's all relative. Your bitcoins won't be able to buy you more but they'll be worth 100,000 USD. That's what I see happening. With trump in office this is inevitable so we'll have our answer in the next few months.

My fellow earthlings need not to worry what happens if the third world war is ignited because no one will live enough to do anything whatsoever if it does.
You kind of answered your own question there. If anything collapsed the power grid, bitcoin would be worthless. Precious metals would be the go-to asset, with guns and food. But would a war cause that worldwide? Probably not.
What if World War 3 breakout ?
Do you expect bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to go down in price ? As people will swtich to hard cash or gold?
