Though am not trying to be pessimistic but what if nothing change in 2019, what if the bear market continues unabated, will it be the end or sign of the end for Cryptocurrency because I don't think many will still continue to retain their hope if nothing positive happens at least for the first quarter of 2019.

Maybe for the last months, actually this year I have not witness a a growth for altcoins, well maybe some but I like to call increase of altcoins if majority will have sufficient increase in value. So far, it's been bitcoin only that is increase, at least 40 % increase we have witness and we like to see it more. Hopefully if bitcoin will increase more it will finally ignite altcoins to rise as well .
It's changed in this past 4 months. Price is growing up slowly than late 2018 and more new tokens are coming also new feature such as IEO is worth to wait. If you think nothing has been changed then probably you didn't check the situation now.

Positivity is my shining star! I`m positive now, as I was positive during the bear market. I didn`t doubt even
for a second that will will survive and get out from that even stronger. We are stronger, and soon price will show

The dominance of bitcoin keeps increasing which confirms that the bitcoin is growing rapidly. By January there isn't no big change in the market, the change began to happen slowly. Even if there is no change this year people will continue to make investments as the halving is scheduled for 2020 which is a big hope of every cryptocurrency user.
I think a lot of people will prepared for next halving. My question is, what will happen to altcoin. Because it will be bad for altcoin itself if people start to sell it and hold their Bitcoin until halving come.

Your words only show that you are new to investing and trading. A year without any sharp fluctuations is quite normal and a good trend. The market should not look like a cardiogram.
