we can tell yet for now if the situation of the crypto are still in dip, Or be same in the year of 2018. But for now i don't feel in this year be a bearmarket because some prices of coins in the market are have to comeback into ICO price.
thats not possible . on the first 3 months of this year we already witnessed a big happening . the price got decrease but after some weeks it recovered now the price is now showing a signs of incoming bull . after we hit the second quarter , i bet that the bull will finally arrived . with all if these , how can you say that nothing has change ?

Yeah, unfortunately nobody can really tell how 2019 is going to play out, for now the market is not really showing much signs of any rapid increase, just little movement every now and then, but who knows, while some believe the market is over others don't, either we just have to patiently wait.

Market was in a long correction during 2018 that could be over already. There are many coins that are up nicely in the last three months and more will be going up over time.
That's what I see also, it should be over soon and I have a feeling that this small price spike is already a start of a good future. I hope everyone were able to accumulate as hard as they can because when bitcoin will start a big pump, it could probably create a FOMO and will hit to the moon.
