this year all crypto prices have dropped dramatically and I see a rise in bitcoin, this is not profitable for small investors like me when bitcoin starts to rise and I always buy altcoin, my mind when btc goes up, there is a possibility that crypto prices will go up like in 2017 but this is very severe there is no movement at all for altcoin, so I feel frustrated when my altcoin has no profit

That should be the way they think, by thinking of the worse case scenario, that makes us very realistic in our approach when it comes to investing and in fact we are already experiencing it now.

We were able to hold in 2018 despite of the bad market, but our expectation this year is different but it's not happening yet, market is still bad and it seems like some are already losing their hope as soon we will be entering in the last quarter of the year and it will be difficult for altcoins to recover if BTC still struggles to break big resistance, everything now relies in BTC's movement IMO.

People who invest in cryptocurrency should have assumed what they would do if the situation changed for the worse. I sold in plus what I invested in 2018.

indeed bro this increase is only in bitcoin and I see growth starting to rise, but altcoin is rising very slowly and there is no change unlike in 2017 where all markets are increasing rapidly.  so there is something lacking in price

How could you say there was no movement this year, did you forget the change in the price of Bitcoin in June?  which increased to 300% from January ?!  Even though prices are down again, this is a good signal this year.  And I am optimistic that 2019 is a good year for Cryptocurrency.

2018 is the best year so far in crypto. As we can see all of them reach their ATH by the end of 2018.
But many people said that this year is not as good as we can see in 2018. We are here to see the development of Blockchain, the new era of transaction.
From year to year crypto is growing more and more. And it's keeps happening, so I hope in 2020 we will see the growth of cryptocurrency.

I also noticed that there's no movement this year and I already think there's nothing to but just to hodl your investment. For me price may dumped for btc this year but 2020 is new beginning for crypto and there will be a big changes that will happened by that time.

I only understand a little about what you said and I agree that the market in 2019 is not too positive and cannot fill the dreams that people are missing, everyone dreams of the altcoin season coming, dreaming that the ETF will be passed, we will be new rich people but unfortunately, the market only reflects a different color, not listening to us calling. As we can see nothing change in 2019 definitely. SEC postponed ETF, altcoins continue to die, all team dreams about lambo only. Market has own life and we can't influence. But what about the way of development? Who wants more difficult blockchain consensus and more tps? But we have the private key with 12-18 phrases for auth still and this is sad

If we can't control market, i think be patient is key for everything. Because we can't force market to move like what we want. That is whale's job  , maybe i will agree with you, if nothing change we must wait more time for market to move. And there will be time that really good for people to take profit with their investment.

And I think that this year nothing more cardinal will happen. Of course some altcoins will rise in price by the end of the year, but the bull race this year will not.

If we compare 2018 and 2019,then in 2019 there have already been very large changes in the market,and I think this will continue in the future

few things have changed in crypto space since the beginning of this year and bitcoin bullrun is here already still altcoin is not showing any good sign to surge in value like bitcoin but there is nothing anyone can do about it and im not going to give up even if nothing happen to altcoins this year

The crypto market is still evolving, so if nothing change in 2019, we shift the hope for better market condition to 2020. Eventually we will hit the bullrun soon.

Yeah your right because of the demands and volatility fluctuations of crypto currency that why they change their condition from worse to become a better we need to admit that risk investing in crypto
But one thing I'll make sure bitcoin are strong new a new currencry and I really believe that bitcoin is unstoppable to rise in the wolrd currency. Today price are opportunity to buy bitcoin as investments before too late to goes rising before end of year.

Well we have seen the changes already. Bitcoin has move past it's lowest low, while some alts also started to grow. That is the beauty of cyrpto investment/trading. There are a lot of surprises and the market is evolving like every time.

For those traders, some of them will lose hope or will give up on investing because cryptomarket haven't recovered yet from the crash happened last 2018. Maybe there are also investors who will go out at some point when they see that there will never happen again like in 2017. But for me, even nothing happens this 2019, I will still hold and invest more because this technology needs more time to develop and to have mass adoption.
