There are no guarantees whatsoever that 2019 will be better than 2018, in fact, could turn out to be worst. We must all come to that acceptance. The bullish run may take way longer than expected but we must keep hopes alive in the sense that, this technology (Blockchain) isn't going anywhere any time soon. It is a technology that will most definitely be adopted in all quarters and corners of the world meaning there is a greater chance of a bullish explosion in the long run. My advice to anyone is to give this space (crypto) 5 - 10 years to truly appreciate these humble beginnings. It will most definitely be a joy to look back on in the next couple of years. Be patient everyone, this isn't a get rich quick scheme!
this is the market and of course you need to be ready for any turns in the crypto currency , but so far I do not see anything critical , I believe that soon all this will end and there will be a new stage of growth
Yeah i think you are right in this. If crypto suffers another year like 2018 on the trot then its game over for the crypto community. Most of the crypto guys would be done and dusted and i think some of them won't be in this world anymore because of depression and tension.
Dont think that every end of the Year we will get a huge prize increase like 20 000 $ XD

I was thinking about this, it won't be comfortable for me. But we have to be ready and it can happen. If we will see such scenario we will loose a lot of crypto community members and also a lot of projects will die.
As you can say such things, the market changes almost every week. 
If the current trend continues in 2019, I think the most reasonable would be to reduce the amount of time spent on crypto and temporarily find a more profitable occupation.

2018 is not a profitable year for almost all Crypto enthusiasts. Though there's an increase in adoption of blockchain technology but almost all crypto assets have lost close to 90% of their all time high and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel.
For sure there will be change come 2019, it may be better or worse than 2018. Personally, i hope for better since we are coming from a bad situation this year and we are down at the moment so going up is probable. There are many investors that will enter the market since everything is cheap and if ever they loss that investment it would not be too painful on their side. 2018 is not a profitable year for almost all Crypto enthusiasts. In some weeks now, we will say goodbye to 2018 and the hope of market recovery will now cling to 2019. Though am not trying to be pessimistic but what if nothing change in 2019, what if the bear market continues unabated, will it be the end or sign of the end for Cryptocurrency because I don't think many will still continue to retain their hope if nothing positive happens at least for the first quarter of 2019.
Not even in my mind if in the end this is the end of cryptocurrency. I am still and always optimistic that this declining situation will stop. After 12 months in this bearish 2018, I hope that in the first quarter of 2019 there will be a happy year as the head of the new year. If that doesn't happen, I will continue to survive and try to find another activity. So the conclusion is to let everything flow like water, there will definitely be a glow. Keep thinking positive and optimistic that all will lead to a bright future. I think that's what can be done.
crypto takes long time to return to the highest value, if there is no change in 2019 then I'll stay here because I know how crypto works and I'm sure crypto will provide many benefits, there are those who still survive when the market declines

Probably, but we could still make some money out of it, though the difference is that the market and traders might be lessened because of their fear that they might lose another money for it. Though if you do look at the price range before when it wasn't yet hitting to $20k is kinda similar. So, if it dumps again then we are going to back again when the price was below $1k but I don't think it would still dump just like that. Something will change. You should not listen to what analysts say. They said that in 2018 there will be a rapid growth and in fact we will fall lower and lower.
I agree, when the market is growing a lot of people who become "professionals in the trade" and in fact have no experience, I think rapid growth is not worth waiting for but only to learn and invest

Cryptocurrency is not a permanent thing, it will always have changes, movement, actions and developments. By first quarter of 2019 their might be some positive movements due to the fact that this bearish market is too long already and when things hit bottom, there is no other way but up. It's pays always to be positive, so lets just hope for the best this coming 2019
We must be ready for anything because in cryptomarket their is no assurance of having good profit. That’s true, we must always be on the positive side no matter what, if you still not confident about cryptocurrency in 2019 then better to look for other opportunities outside cryptomarket. Don’t depend on this market alone, have more source of income, cryptocurrency will bounce back in time so don’t hurry this market to pump, this will be a long process now.
If 2019 come and nothing change i mean if there is no improvement in the price i will definitely quit but i will sell all my coins.

Even if the market is still bad by the end of 2019 at least we have a good technology. It's not all about the gains but also acquiring better things that can help live our lives easier or more convenient.
Correctly you wrote. In addition to the speculative component, we must not forget that new technologies are getting closer to the use of each person. 2018 has collected a lot of investment, but the market has become much more mature. I am sure that in the next 2 years the cryptocurrency will be widely used by many people and many countries. And the price will be correspondingly higher. Just need to wait a bit. 
If it's the same bear market or even worst, I believe a lot of people will consider other forms of investment. At the end of the day, the goal is to earn money. Regardless if its short term or long term, we should be able to earn. That is not possible on the bear market and it could be worst in the future. Long term hodl is also risky and we should learn from what happened this year. Only those who were willing to wait will earn but it could be a long time.
Even if nothing happens or if the market does not have any real significant change in 2019, I don't think this will be the end of crypto as many will still continue to accumulate by either buying and HODLing or by trading the dips of their favorite crypto assets. Of course we all want a positive change in the market and in both market's we have the buyers and sellers so regardless of what 2019 brings, some people will still be the hodlers of the sold assets for when it rise again so the question is, which side will you be?

Then a lot more people will capitulate, the price will plummet even more, bloggers and media will announce crypto is officially dead, projects will look for other ways to fund besides ICOs, the SEC will get serious about some regulations for the USA, ... and many of us will spend the whole year accumulating coins at fire sale prices.
I'd LOVE it if the crypto winter continues for the whole year.
2018 is good for me because of making profit i received! It's just getting into the november and december almost no profit coming in, almost all of my bounties are postponed, others have not yet paid or have no exchange! if it continues until next year the bearish i want to find part time job, but while i'm doing it continue to support the crypto
