Actually there is quite alot of news coming in 2019 . Check out Bakkt exchange and how it will help big institutions to invest in crypto , ETF decision on february aswell . So not bad at all . Some people think its the end for crypto , but actually at 2017 , January , BTC was at 700-900 $ range . So i would say its still much alive
2018 is not a profitable year for almost all Crypto enthusiasts. Though there's an increase in adoption of blockchain technology but almost all crypto assets have lost close to 90% of their all time high and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. In some weeks now, we will say goodbye to 2018 and the hope of market recovery will now cling to 2019. Though am not trying to be pessimistic but what if nothing change in 2019, what if the bear market continues unabated, will it be the end or sign of the end for Cryptocurrency because I don't think many will still continue to retain their hope if nothing positive happens at least for the first quarter of 2019.
If you are a part of early adopters and whatever the trend of market and you will always sit on millions dollars. Just try to believe in the next year and crypto can attract a lot of people again to get in on the market. First quarter of next year should be a very difficult time for us. 
If this continuing until that year, I guess many people will be turned down or this cryto will be dead or done already, we cannot say but this is only a future predictions.
I think there is no way things will not change for good next year,2019, the crypto market cannot continue like this all the time, our believe is that some fundamental information will help redress the situation for good
The situation may well be delayed for the whole of 2019. How do we know how much time the market needs to recover. Perhaps the fall of the market to the lowest values is inevitable. I would not count on changes in the next half a year.
If nothing changed in 2019 as well the keep doing the things what you have done in 2018,the same holding,trading to make short term profits,buy more cryptos at cheaper price so when the price increased you will get benefited.But in 2019 definitely there will be a change either the market will recover or it will be completely lost.
Even if the market is still bad by the end of 2019 at least we have a good technology. It's not all about the gains but also acquiring better things that can help live our lives easier or more convenient.
If there is no change, maybe we should wait again. But we have to be sure that in 2019 there will definitely be a very big improvement. Because at that time is the time we have been waiting for. And if there is no change in 2019, of course you will definitely experience fear. Try to always believe.

Even in this bear market, I still have made good trades that gave me profits though not that big. So maybe, I will still continue doing my thing here even the red days continue next year. But I have a strong feeling that good changes are coming.

this is actually what will happen and will make the crypto market bleeds more and loose adoption 
For me 2018 is a profitable year in crypto. I sell with big profit in January - February. At this time is the best opportunity to buy more and hope at the beginning of 2019 crypto price will recover.
2017 for me was the most profitable year ever. But we have different situations and timing on when we sold. Let's hope that something good will change in 2019 and don't think that nothing will change by that year. Each year that passes by do something new and this bear would stay a bit by that year but surely it will be gone for real.
if the cryptocurrency has not changed in 2019 and the price of the coins will not increase then the person will lose it because other people will choose to invest in another business.

Even though there is no change I will certainly stay in the crypto currency because I know crypto currency has experienced something worse than now, I will not give up as a trader in the crypto currency, if the price continues to fall then I will say this is the right time continue to increase investment, because sadness will not always continue, there will be pleasure after all sadness occurs
I believe that the market will still recover, but it will not be a quick process. This can take a lot of time. Today it is task number 1. I do not want to believe in the pessimistic statement of Warren Buffet, who noted that a cryptocurrency is nothing more than a soap bubble, inflated to unbelievable sizes.

not all the people here are just holders. Don't forget that there are people there that are day traders and you don't know on how much they are making with it. And if nothing has change, there should be no change on my routine as well, I'll keep on saving and collecting more coins.

the fact is that there are three categories of people now pertaining to crypto. Those waiting and wishing for it to fail, those waiting for things to get better and those who're still in it and performing activities.
But as you said the big question is when or what is going to propel us further? We hope something tangible to propel the next market stability coz it's been so long and no positive sentiments as at now.
