Well done for opening the thread, no points needed from my side, I am happy to also contribute merit to a winner I like.

I play the lottery in my country, it is a small one compared to most of the other jackpots I have seen online in BTC, but if I win it, it will definitely be a nice present.

My dream always is to buy a house for my family. I think all Asians want this. My parents will probably request for a charity they support so I will give the balance of that to wherever they want. Small things. Nothing else changes:)

I can't enjoy when I see people are suffering,.. I should donate some of my money and care for them, besides that is just money and we can win that back again. This is a timely situational questions as December is a month of giving since its Christmas this month and we need to be human by doing the right thing, if we have God and we believe in God, we should do the right thing heartily.

On my own, if the time comes I will win the jackpot prize but near my place, there is a disaster that needs help. Definitely, I will send my help to them. I will enjoy even I have 25% of my winning and the rest 75% will go to the people that need help. Yes, if you want to help we don't need to tell them where does the money came from, I mean it is okay it is up to you, give the money or the goods you are willing to give not because you are expecting a good karma but because it is your will to give something to others because you believe that it can help them, and they will return it also by giving help to other who are needy too.

Helping those who are in need has been my advocacy even when I was not into gambling yet. I remember the time when typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) struck Philippines, I was among those who joined repacking bags full of food and other necessities and also I set aside a small portion of my salary and donate to a charity whos aim is to help the victims of typhoon Haiyan. If got lucky in gambling and theres another tragedy that happened regardless where or which country need it, definitely I will help and look for the organization that is in charge of helping that place.

I dont think so yet these charities wont really bother themselves on where those funds came from.The thing here is that they do able to receive donations and they do know that it would really be
a big help for them so thinking about morals on that particular time is somewhat irrelevant or not important.So i dont really believe too much for most charities to follow such practice.
Wether those funds came from gambling or not, the important thing here is that you donate and consider out on helping those who are in need.

The dilemma hits me hard hahaha. But anyway the sense of urgency to help is critical, so as much as I want to enjoy my winning I would rather help people than to enjoy temporary feelings. Yes, temporary entertainment < feeling of satisfaction and relief brought by the feeling of helping around. Of course, I won't let that money go to just passed by in my hands, I may find myself back there after of what I could offer outside. Anyway, I don't think if I would be ever a big help to them as this matter is a responsibility of local governments but as a human being I would insist in a full extent I could ever be, no matter what may the reason of outrage be.

Really? That is bad. The spirit of giving should not only be within christmas season. Giving should be done on a daily basis. It should even exist even if there are no disasters. There are always people in need with or without disasters. And to think that your jackpot prize is not really out of hardwork but mere luck. Being greedy is not good.
