At least even though Bitcoin does not have a physical form, it can still be cashed or exchanged for fiat. So it's unlikely that people will not believe in Bitcoin later, besides that the times have also made people and technology more advanced and sophisticated so their minds will be much more open and broad on software. Even now many people are suddenly rich because of Bitcoin, everyone of course needs money to live so they will actually compete to win Bitcoin.

I believe in Bitcoin from the heart. I have benefited a lot from Bitcoin. Bitcoin will last a lifetime. It will last as long as people use Bitcoin.
Everyone has benefited through Bitcoin. The digital age has come and I think we need to adjust ourselves to accept it in order to reach and grow into the next age.
In the era of computers and the internet like today, it is indeed to imagine bitcoin losing everyone's trust is something that most likely will not happen, even in the future I think it will develop even more. therefore this is a great opportunity for investors, so it's a shame to miss it

The issue here is not about old standards in the fragile thinking of imposed schemes, people by dogma have to believe in something they can touch but strangely enough, gold always puts it as a reserve of value but it is up to who to guarantee this, ah! yes, the government at institutions that represent him.
You have seen the gold reserves of your country, of course gold does exist, but you have seen it, you can go and consecrate yourself with all the gold that exists and take a selfie in front of thousands of kilos of gold (!?).

The government tells you that such a thing exists and the entire system that is in the fork accepts the game of the value of the fiat in gold, but it really is the equivalent or there is more electronic money-paper than gold that can back money it, but quit out this heavy truth of your mind, it is not a fact that they tell you ... and wow! who is telling you.

So, the real value of the question is what happens if we no longer believe in this Fiat-gold equivalence.

We can absolutely stop believing Bitcoin if we didn't know it, if we didn't see this massive influence of Bitcoin in the world. However at the moment it is difficult to avoid believing on Bitcoin as we can see the impact to people's lives around the world. Because of Bitcoin we have now what we called altcoins which alternative investment apart from Bitcoin. Altcoins are cheaper investment than Bitcoin. But Bitcoin controls the market movement when to pump and when to dump synchronize.

Bitcoin has no physical presence. What if we just stop believing in bitcoin. I mean every country has the equivalent of gold to their fiat. Bitcoin has no gold or physical value. Can this ever happen ?
In fact, if there are a lot of people who don't even know what it is, then a person has the opportunity to be informed, so why do you have such silly thoughts.
Trust happens when it brings value (including everything) and whether that value is good or bad, we still have great faith from it.

Stopping believing in bitcoin is not so easy, it is like stopping believing in gold now. This simply will not happen, because most countries have foreign gold reserves, which provide the national currency. I suppose that in the future countries will also have their own reserves of bitcoin, and if bitcoin is already at the state level, then it will simply not work to stop believing in it, bitcoin will not go anywhere.

if it happened to everyone then bitcoin would lose the price. but I think that is impossible considering nowadays more and more people are interested in investing in bitcoin. although bitcoin has no physical value but bitcoin still has a price and we know the price continues to soar up from when it first appeared. bitcoin is something that can be trusted and can be put to good use if we want to use and manage it well too.
indeed if that happens then bitcoin can be worth zero, but looking at the current conditions I think it is difficult to happen, unless there is indeed an extraordinary event that requires cryptocurrency to be destroyed. especially now it seems like people are just starting to learn crypto as their source of income

Those who say they don't believe in Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies are those who have never succeeded in crypto, those who always lose because of a lack of knowledge about how to make good investments and seek to profit from every opportunity that exists in crypto. Pros and cons about crypto are always there. But for today's modern society cryptocurrency is a place to make profits easily but on condition that you know what to do.
Stop believing in crypto or bitcoin is a common thing, because those who stop believing are those who don't know what to do in the future.

The majority of the responses do not respond to the question. I believe that if we stop believing in bitcoin or if we stop investing in it and simply forget about it, the price will fluctuate, and I believe that it will eventually die because no one is buying or selling it. It is as if it exists but serves no function. Though, if you state that just a small percentage of people will eventually give up bitcoin and quit believing in it, I believe the price will vary but eventually rise after a few months.
Well, it is a hard question to get a straight answer to. Reason being that there are so many different holders that no full consensus can be reached unless something fundamentally unstable was to shake all of those believers.

The chances are that this cryptocurrency will have its merit for sometime despite the issues with the network itself that can't sustain more than 5

transactions/second, and then again not everything seems to be about merit, and BTC is the only coin that can stay on top of the rest simply by being the first digital

asset.

To me at least it looks like it is heading in that direction, and this is where its main price point is derived from, unlike many layer 2.0 solutions that are challenged by  scalability and efficiency issues.

I don't want to be included in the group you say Smiley
it goes back to your perspective whether you want to believe it or not it is a prerogative.
but the reason for distrust must also be there, when you say bitcoin has no physical presence it is true but bitcoin has a presence in value and it is impossible for people to judge it when they don't believe it and vice versa when they already believe the reason for their disbelief must also be clear because the value always leads to a good trend.

First of all what do you mean by bitcoin has no physical value? Does fiat have value if not just debts? Lol Grin you must really be kidding me. Everything has value, if Bitcoin has no value then why are we here? (I don’t know what you mean by physical value, if you mean gold as the physical value, then you should know that everything is based on fiat and since bitcoin has that value, it can as well be exchanged for gold if you want.

Finally, this is just an imagination that’s never going to happen, because it is not possible to wake up and nobody would be interested in bitcoin, it is not possible at all. You cannot state any reason that can make everyone to lose interest at once, if there is anything that can lead to such, then I have not heard of it.

I think it will never happen because every country has their own sight about bitcoin, look at the China and the U.S they are both big country that can affect the market. The China ban cryptocurrency but the U.S did not follow China's banning of cryptocurrency, because they have different sights about it.
US and China will forever have rivalry meaning they will contradict each other, the one that will abandon this then the other will accumulate.
Believing in bitcoin may lowering in future but there will be a replacement currency like some altcoins in which will perform more valuable than Bitcoin.
Lol, that's not possible. When Bitcoin was created (when people least believed in it), people still bought it! And there are so many people who had invested from the early time till now. So if they didn't give up then, do you think that they'll give up now that it's getting more popular on a daily basis? This question would be more valid if you asked it when Bitcoin was launched, but, it has been launched and it is successful already (There's always that someone somewhere that is confident about it).
don't hold in that belief because world is round there are changes that may come in future,

Only some people will think like that, but if we already know how bitcoin works maybe something like this will not happen, except only a few people who always fail in investing in bitcoin then he is frustrated and then leave the crypto world just like that, although bitcoin has no physical value but a lot of its composition and now we can see the digital currency is so much and the adoption of bitcoin is getting bigger then the doubts about using bitcoin are growing. It will be very difficult to stop believing about bitcoin.

This is quite a sensitive topic about trust and i think if you want to be successful you need to have faith in what you decide and invest in it, if you have decided to buy BTC to invest it means is that you have to have faith in it. increase price and profit for you in the future, this means you trust in BTC. I don't think if someone doesn't believe in BTC, they won't buy it and of course what you are saying is the complete opposite of what you want to invest in and believe in. I think if you don't believe sooner or later you will sell off and lose money on your BTC investment.

If we want to invest in Bitcoin, like it or not we must believe and have faith in Bitcoin. Otherwise we will end up at a loss if investing in Bitcoin is
only because of being influenced by other people's suggestions, but not trusting Bitcoin. To be able to trust Bitcoin, we must first learn all things
related to Bitcoin. So we really believe in Bitcoin. As I've said many times, never invest in something we don't understand.
