I doubt that dollar will crush. As all American dollar has the best promotion, that's why it is so popular in the world and well known. Dollar rules the world nowadays. So I'm sure it will not crush in nearly feature, in far future - who knows?!

Everything can happen. It may be the strongest currency today, but it can be replaced in the future. if a strong country becomes very powerful or if bitcoin becomes stronger and overtake the dollar. Or a very weak person becomes the president and squandered the countries wealth, then it will crash the dollar.

Those are good points. But it might take long even if their president became corrupt, still this currency will fight its way up for many are investing in this and countries also have debts with this country.

Yes very strong, you can buy like almost 2 millibitcoins with it. Up so high from five years ago. And retained so much value over time, just think what food or clothes or rent cost a single dollar ten years ago now only costs 2 or a little more!

You can't really blame people for seeing the USD as very important as nearly everything in the world is tied to it, in order to give that "thing" (could be oil, gold, diamons, sugar, etc) value. They see it as a strong and solid currency. What they don't see, or perhaps don't want to see, is that the country behind it is theoretically bankrupt.

I agree with you the Dollar won't crush. USA is the first of the developed countries to start raising their interest rates again. It is far more likely in near future that we will see $1=1€ than a $ crash.

The reason that the US dollar will not crash is that it has the strongest power in the world. When it is overtaken, US dollar will crash.

Yap thats true but if dollars will fall down another currency will lead all other currencies like dollars did. But given the situation in the world economy hoping for the dollar to fall will no happen. They may even wage war just to make their economy rise at the top, thats how USA rules this economy. I too believe that dollar is the most powerful current in the world and USA will not allow any crashes will happen even if it is temporary as that can be perceived that they have a weak economy and would affect the investors to pull out their investment and would lead to real problem.

The US dollar is supported by the strongest military in the world. It will be reserve currency for many years.

Yeah its impossible to happen and i usd is one of the mother money whole over the world .. maybe the price of usd will increase or decrease a little bit but not at all..

when the dollar is crashing, then it takes the entire world economy down the drain. that's a fact. however, everything will be done to prevent the dollar from collapsing. just look at what's happening with the massive debt the usa is having. each other country would have collapsed already. the same will happen with the dollar when that day comes. they will keep it alive basically endlessly.

There's people that has made a living out of predicting a dollar collapse that never happens. Sure you could argue that the dollar collapsed in 2008, but that is not what all those people have been predicting.

This is no basis or what so ever, war will not only drag Chinese government down but it will greatly affect America too. Actually not only those two but countries around the area will be greatly affected too and there is no assurance that USD will recover once america get in the war against China.
