Honestly I think TV ads is a pretty bad idea, firstly someone has to pay for them and second to that they just really aren't all that effective as it is so difficult to accurately target people. Targeted ads by facebook etc are far more effective but thankfully we already have the exchanges doing that for us in a way.
I disagree, if ever advertising bitcoin in T.V will come true, then it is more likely to be of equal effective than advertising in social media. There are lots of people who are fond of watching T.V too and it is a good way to spread some awareness to them about cryptocurrencies. We don't need to pay for the advertisements, we can just have a segment about it on different shows right?

I agree about using social media but I don't think we should advertise. It is not a mainstream asset. Once it goes mainstream, it will get regulated. It is mainly taking power away from FIAT currencies - especially the USA. If the US tries to regulate it, then it will create even more uncertainty in the market and it will go deeper into the underground and lose respectability.

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

just like me, I've never seen a TV advertisement about bitcoin, I do not think it's just a cost issue that makes bitcoin never advertised on tv, but the government still has not allowed it, because there are still many people who do not understand about bitcoin, and it will be very difficult to explain

If that's true then this will be a thing that would make the name better known by the bitcoin. in addition it will also have an impact is good for investors as well as for people who are experienced in the field of bitcoin, and will have an impact on the value or selling price of bitcoin might also will soar.

Bitcoin is an open source kind of business, there'll be no one who'll fund the advertisement  and legalization of Bitcoin is still an issue to most of the countries, so it will be a big question if a certain country will allow it to be promoted in public television channels.

I think in order to maintain its social establishment, TV is not a good platform. There are a lot of TV Shows and News considering Bitcoin & Cryptocurrencies day by day. Although more people needed to be make aware about it, but i think the awareness should be slow and steady instead of rapid fire.

The best way in my opinion will be "Word of Mouth".

I think advertise bitcoin in the T.V is not helpful because if we promote it, some people can understand the promotion. The primary use of the advertisement is a kind of product that can buy on the store, I mean like goods, a product that can use them in daily life, so I think is the best way it to great some article and share it to the social media like Facebook and others.

I think one of the bitcoin companies or exchanges such as Coinbase would be better placed to run advertisements rather than a general bitcoin advert, it would be difficult for the community to organise something like this.

It will be a great idea because everyone watches tv this way you can reach everyone with the idea of bitcoin and the popularity will increase very fast if you keep advertising it on TV you can also reach a lot of groups this way old people, young people, teenagers and even investors.

You really can't say that this is a great idea. It actually happens in my country recently in which bitcoin was being recognized on a different point of view(i can't say either that it was just an opinion cause they have proofs). They recognized bitcoin as the medium of all transactions in the black market which is i think not good on our end

Right now, BTC is becoming a stale failure. If you shove in more people to use it, we will see $50 transaction fees.

It would be like a backwards commercial. 'Stay away from bitcoin, it is the most expensive way to transact money for the everyday people'.

I think if bitcoin advertise in TV, that's the time for the value of bitcoin is getting higher, because almost all people buy or invest in bitcoin, and the bussinessman start to interest to invest in bitcoin, and that's the reason why the value is continuesly growing because of supply and demand

The Bitcoins already have millions of users but if we advertised the Bitcoins on TV then the millions of users will be converted into billions of users because there are some people who don't know about the Bitcoins so advertising the Bitcoins on TV is the best way to have awarenesses to people about the Bitcoins and then more and more people will interested to use Bitcoins.

Although Bitcoin is not an open up source which could overtly publicize others.I don't know about other international locations marketing about Bitcoin but I haven't observed any of them in my region Although promoting would be kind of marketing bitcoin Don't know if Bitcoin is advertised then what will be the situation and the acceptance associated to itWhat do you consider about it?

Since bitcoin is already spreading across the with the tiger's speed, it needs no kind of introduction among people but still in many developing countries, to many peoples, person with bitcoin seems criminal to them, so the some kind of introduction to cryptocurrency to many developing countries is still necessary. Advertising on TV or on other social media seem to be a good idea and may even boost the number of bitcoiner but advertising on TV is not free and it also costs money so if any higher body taking that responsibility, then it could prove to be beneficial.

If advertised on television very good many people will much better know very well what bitcoin and society will begin to understand it
Yes the advertizing of the bitcoin will give all the people the real value and the place as in a lot of the markets bitcoin is helping the people and it is the chance for the people to invest and then save the bitcoin. I hope the bitcoin will grow fast and it will give the best output to the people who are using the bitcoin as the, much high value of the bitcoin, I think advertizing of the bitcoin will be the best price increasing step for the bitcoin.

I think signature campaign will do. If we introduce bitcoin on television, maybe we pursuit a scammer rather than a trader. Yes, bitcoin may pump high but the risk will become high too and the odds will bloom anywhere. Bitcoins is somewhat popular tho so i dnt think we dont need tv promotions
