This is a good idea, that we advertise bitcoin on T.V. Because today TV is most popular and favorite pastimes of the people. It become popular also in any part of the country if bitcoin will advertise on T.V.. I think TV is the best to use to spread bitcoin in every people. Most people today are watching TV and having a TV on their home. But we can advertise also in other like radio. And this is the best way so that the people will get curious and interest in bitcoin.

It's a great idea, because people who have no knowledge in bitcoins will benefit from it. But bitcoins is already popular it's already advertised in social media and pick up by mainstream media. And anyone who have access to the internet eventually they will know about bitcoins.

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

I think that is good to advertise on television, why? because it helps our economy to raise up and to help the other people to earn more money to buy their needs like foods, pay their bills and to help their family in their expenses. The bitcoin is the thing that can help us in raising up our economy. So for me, it's good to advertise the bitcoin in television.

I think it is not necessary, because bitcoin does not need such media. Because the bitcoin community has long supported bitcoin, that's why bitcoin persists until now.

Advertising bitcoin on natiinal television is not a bad a idea and it would give additional knowledge on people that did not know what is bitcoin. But knowing the consequencies to advertising bitcoin is that it will be taxed and should be accepted by the government in the country.

Advertising on tv is certainly a very expensive cost and most of us ignore ads, I think advertising on the internet is better than advertising on tv, for example is google adsense is managed with a professional.

Actually Bitcoin doesn't need any advertising in all forms because it is a currency that is being use to buy and sell goods and services online so what is the point of advertising it and it decentralize cryptocurrency meaning no one really regulates it so what is the essence of advertising it. It is not a product that need to sell off in any country to get a revenue though.

Bitcoin will grow no matter what as it is widely use now so advertising it will not be needed, people who uses it as a payment in their wants can considered advertising because they are making a positive move on it that will result for the growth of it.
Not true! there are still a lot of us who really have no clue about bitcoin. The point of the advertisement is to promote the uae of bitcoin so that people who has still have no single idea about it will be aware that there is new trend of money that is digital currencies emerging in the financial world.

That's a brilliant idea. A TV commercial in Super Bowl would give bitcoin the exposure it needs in mainstream media. Let Michael Bay or the Wachowski Brothers direct it, with an A-List Hollywood actors in it. That ad would be as iconic as the Mac commercial in 1984.

I think advertising bitcoin in tslevision is not a good idea, bitcoin is already popular and why do you even advertise it if you will gain nothing,  I mean for example, the commercial of a soap,  they pay huge amount of money to advertise their product.  In return, their product will be known by people and they will buy it. In bitcoin, it will not be the case. I guess no one wants to pay that amount of money that does not expect for a return. Another point is it does not need advertisement because it is not a product or a brand, it is a digital cryptocurrency, it is like you are advertising dollar to be more popular.

The most powerful form of advertising is word of mouth.

Tell your family, tell your friends, buy them Bitcoin for Christmas!!!

The idea is good to other services because it can make a thing well-known to the community through advertisements. But bitcoin doesn't need this kind. Bitcoin has been known by its simple yet effective way of introducing itself to virtual community. Advertisements are costly and who will afford to pay for it?

I think it's a good idea to try, but TV is just TV, which is only profit and profit. Moreover they really do not like the smell of private or anonymous.

If this would to happen, majority of the population would be curios. And when curiosity has been touched, they would tend to look into it. And if ever Bitcoin reaches this level of advertisement, it will surely become a craze.

it may not be necessary to put an ad on tv, because to advertise on tv all over the world cost a fortune, I think only with online media alone is very enough

It will be a good idea, but I believe there are some big shots that use bitcoin to store there millions and wouldn't want the world's eye on them.. but it's a nice idea so it will create more awareness for bitcoin

Bitcoin is not a brand that's why. And it can cost lot of money, like over 100k $ for a 30 seconds video. Who is going to pay ? The minners? You?
Advertising on TV or any other place, is all about ROI. Wich brand is going to advertise on TV for a zero ROI return. Waste of money.

Aside from that how would they introduce bitcoins backround to people if satoshi himself is somewhat unkown to mainstream media and even most of the internet. They would be able to advertise its advantages but at the end it would just leave something that will keep the people doubtful. Also from my experience whenever I saw bitcoin in some local news it is as if it was some kind of scam due to its anonymity. There would be many factors to consider before putting bitcoin to advertisement which I think will just get unhealthy attention to itself.
