In advertising bitcoin in T.V. or bitcoin ads on T.V for popularization is good idea but the question is who paid the ads. But that point sooner or later will come to be popularized, bitcoin now is on the social media many ICO's project now promoting by bitcoin so maybe from now on many people catch the attention about bitcoin and they slowly adapt on it.
Of course you are right only one thing will happened when we advertise bitcoin on TV and that thing will be bitcoin will become more popular and people will love it more and more because some people can invest but they don’t know about bitcoin and when they see bitcoin and use of bitcoin with their own eyes than bitcoin will gain more value.

If this happens, the government will notice bitcoin. This would lead to the government controlling it and put a tax on bitcoin. Since bitcoin is considered as undergroung economy and it does not have to deal with taxes. The government will always find a way when it comes to money.

The media is so powerful nowadays. The idea of showing bitcoin on TV gives it an edge and I think more people will be persuaded to try bitcoin because they saw it on TV. I just don’t know the consequences of this.
We have seen some of the effects if bitcoin is somehow advertise on TV. One of the old example is in China, when the charity program seeks for donation, they even broadcast that they accepted donation in bitcoin, within a few days, the price of bitcoin shot up from $100 to $1000+. Recently, the ransomeware also hit a lot of countries and everyone start to be more aware of bitcoin.
I have not seen bitcoin advertisements on TV yet, but there are many advertisements on exchanges on net advertisements and advertisements on youtube. As legislative arrangements are in place, it is likely that more advertisements on TV will increase!

i think it is good to advertise on T.VWell, that would be a nice move to let the people understand the core value of bitcoin and its contribution in the community. This is a chance to be popular in eyes of the people and big chance to be accepted by the government. Because some as they treat the bitcoin as a bad influence. Likewise, it gives opportunity to have a good future investment.

I think that slowly Bitcoin is now getting into the consciousness of the people...though of course we are not encouraging anybody to do the same thing as this might not be allowed by law (at least here in my country where money defacement is considered as illegal). I am expecting more of the same graffiti maybe not on paper money anymore but also in walls. I have seen a Bitcoin-related message on the pathway somewhere in the country and once the younger generation would be catching the Bitcoin bug there can be more on this anywhere. Again, we should not encourage anybody to do the same as there are surely more effective ways to promote Bitcoin awareness.

Wow. So, they really advertise it in Japan. Actually I've never seen an advertisement of bitcoins in tv and but I saw some news on tv about regulating bitcoins and when the price hits five thousand dollars a month ago. The bitcoin will become more widespread if it have an advertisement on tv but who will fund this ad? And it will also mean that your country fully accept the use of bitcoins if you see an advertisement on tv
That is actually really bright idea to reach more people to popularize crypto currencies. But there is conflicting point that main stream doesn't want btc to be more popular, at least at the moment.
I think people posting in social media and streaming sites are enough to lure more enthusiasts..If anyone will try to advertize they have to do it on their own and pay on their own so it is risky but if they have much money then they can.It is their job to do it for them to lure more people for their services.

Advertising bitcoin in the television is the most effective way to make bitcoin more recognizable, more popular and more chance to make bitcoin to be accepted by the government. You can also advertise bitcoin in social media's like facebook, twitter, and instagram so bitcoin can be more recognize.
There's a segment and an episode here in my country about bitcoin but what's worst about it? It's because they are only showing the bad side of bitcoin that is being use for scams, like HYIP. Yeah i thinking of that too, many people are using bitcoin and because of that we can advertise it on television to gain more users on bitcoin. We can gain more popularity by this and bitcoin will be more famous and be part of our world history.I like the idea of advertising bitcoin on the television. Advertising something on Television is really effective. An advertisement must be really catchy so they won't forget the product they are advertising. If bitcoin is advertised on the daily on the television, the number of users of bitcoin will greatly increase in a little amount of time. Before advertising, they must be ready to educate those who want to use bitcoin properly. They must also teach them to not abuse the cryptocurrency system. Advertising on television can only happen if bitcoin is already legalized.
