I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

I definitely think there is a learning curve with bitcoin. If you have the masses buying it, then the risks are higher for security. Bridging the gap will be revolutionary
I dont see any negative results for the bitcoin to be shown in media. I think there's a positive result for that instead because it will advertise the bitcoin and a lot of people will have interest and join the bitcoin too.

We would have to be the ones to do it, as bitcoin is a currency that the people, and not a big company with billions to spend on advertising own. PayPal can afford to put advertising everywhere, but most of us probably can't. It would be interesting to see if any big investors of bitcoin will try this as a tactic to make bitcoin go up, however, so that they can sell all their bitcoin at a gain. 
Honestly, I don't think it's far off for Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to appear on tv in some way. Projects are developing more apps those days so it only takes 1 major company to pick up that benefits from tv commercials.
In my country, the government are helping the growth of Bitcoin, because when the price of Bitcoin increases, they always create some breaking news about financial and alert the Bitcoin traders. But they do not know they are promoting the value and the volatility of Bitcoin to the people in my country 
Some time ago in my country bitcoin aired on TV. However, it is not explained clearly only the increase in bitcoin reaches the price of 1 BTC = $ 7000 .

if bitcoin in ads on tv it might be good because it will be a lot of people who are danced to bitcoin. but in my country bitcoin still lost with forex trading. so bitcoin users are still very little.
If someone advertise it on T.V some of them may believe but others not because they will think that it just a scam.

I think the network effect is best. You dont want mass adoption over night
This is actually not a bad idea but if they advertise bitcoin on T.V. of course bitcoin has to be under the government or listed under the government because you would pay taxes, and bitcoin is decentralized as of now. Maybe in time it will be when bitcoin will be officially accepted by the government.
I was pleasantly surprised when I sat down on the radio broadcast in which bitcoin was discussed, and this is a good advertisement, there are also broadcasts on the television devoted to the topic bitcoin. People are interested and want to understand what it is!

I think we don't need to do that and I haven't even seen any country or banks that advertises a currency. Bitcoin is already popular and its bound to know more by worth and willing investors and enthusiast a like. If I don't know bitcoin or anyother cryptocurrency and would seen it on t.v. I think I would think of it as suspicious or a potential scam plus it would get unnecessary attentions that it needs to.
I'm not sure about ads for bitcoin specifically but perhaps ads for an app that works with bitcoin? Like bread wallet etc.

Bitcoin is everything to us. It is now emerging fast in every countries in the world with the help of social media. If bitcoin can be advertise on tv, who will pay for that advertisement? Let social media and word of mouth handle bitcoin.

that will give two respects, one good and one bad for us. Firstly, advertising btc on tv will promote expanding the btc market, increase the number of btc user. And the other one is that advertising btc on tv will attract attention of governments, if they are who dislike btc then that's a bad thing. Maybe they will ban btc in their country.
That would be awesome, I know some TV programms did it but it was kind of a one time thing, some people miss it, some forget about it a day later. It would be better if someone is willing to pay for advertising Bitcoin every day atleast once, like others advertise daily stuffs and products. Surely someone would get interested and try getting into the Bitcoin business. We just have to find someone who is willing to pay for the advertisements.
I think that putting bitcoin on TV may raise financial awereness at least, if it is done right. I mean, have you heard about that case in Russia, where a guy bought "bitcoins" from a gypsy on a street for like 10 bucks a coin? And the gypsy was selling actual coins! Lol it is hilarious but also sad.
