Well, I don't know much of this but I have heard about some wallets that are good enough for NEO. I would like to advise you to do your own research about this and then go for the suitable one. Some of the good wallets are NEON Wallet, Ledger Nano S, Neo tracker etc.
Neo Yes, th good purse,but I believe that much better wallet Wave,I can take the TOP purse,and so of course he decides now is the bounty are,but they are simply units which use NEO purse,and everything is basically ETN
So many wallets supports Neo and one could choose from a variety. I prefer the Neo tracker Wallet because of its popularity and the incentives one gets using the Wallet for holding Neo. But when it comes to safety of one's Neo, the ledger nano would be better, since it's a hardware wallet and relatively more secured.
I've been using the Neon wallet by city of zion and has not complaints till now.
They have a simple yet complete wallet. They let you create one but I've been using a pregenerated private key and address so I enter the private key anytime I wish to access the wallet.

There are so many wallets that will be good for holding your neo. I would like to mention some of the best ones that I have known over the time. You may go for Ledger Nano S, NEON Wallet, Binance etc.
NEO Tracker Web Wallet, O3 Mobile Wallet. NEO Web Wallet, NEO Web Wallet by OnChain dev are few wallets that are very reliable and safe among the users. Though I don't have any of them but most people in other forums and among my friends have suggested me these wallets for storing NEO.
All the Neo wallets are safe to a certain extent except an exchange wallet, hardware wallet is the best follow by web wallets. Exchanger is the most dangerous place to store your tokens because it can be hacked at anytime.

NEON wallet (Desktop wallet): while using the neon wallet for your NEO funds.you need not worry about security because your private keys are never stored on Neon's server.

Do not go for the wallet which just based on the fees.You are advised to see which one has the best security. The ones you mentioned are good but you need to do some research on your end to see which one will suit your profile.
Kind of amazing that even in this community I'm reading lots of posts from people who appear to have been using Binance to store their coins because they think Binance is safe. You'd think this would currently be the most aware community since we were the most recent ones to get hacked....

I always prefer hard wallets. Because they seems more secure from my point of view. You can try ledger. It is a popular wallet which supports multiple coins. But must check some reviews first.
