From my perspective, gambling is a game which bring joyful and the entertainment to you, and sometimes, if you are lucky enough, you may earn good amount of money with it. When I feel sad, I usually gamble with my friends and it do make me relax and feel more comfortable
The fact that gambling really entertaining and make you happy when you won it and get some profit.
I guess it is enough to describe what actually gambling it is , and how it make you feel entertained.
Profit and make money will always be number one reason why people keep coming back to play.
I think people who keep coming back because they already experience to win since people are greedy and they want to win a lot..
But most of the people i think are keep coming back because they have experience of happiness or addiction in gambling this is just a child who addicted in computer games or addicted in drugs that they are keep coming back because they area always get and satisfied happiness. that turn into addiction..
If you are thinking some as making also profit expect that you can be lose a lot. .
Unfortunately no , people always talking about the good things at first place.
No wonder most of them ended up with the negative so bad.
As they keep chasing the winning target but forgot about the risk taken. Gambling sometimes destructive .
That is the act of addicts which bring them to the place of destruction but intelligent people do not go that much in gambling that they destroy their wealth and their future they often keep care of their bets and they do not exceed in their gambling from their limits they kept for themselves.
You think those people who keep gambling everyday in regular time not an addict?
Everyone who do gamble so frequently enough and keep pushing the limit even with the amount that they cannot afford to lose they are an addict.
And sooner or later people who start gamble even for the sake of fun could get addicted , becareful you might the next one.
There is a possibility that these people who keep gambling everyday in regular time not a gambling addict but rather obsessed in gambling. There is a fine line that separates this two, one fearing to missed out so they keep on gambling in regular basis and the other one in need to alter their mood and play gambling game when the need arise.
That is right, it is sometimes confusing but these two are really not the same, though they can interact with each other sometimes, obsession got to do with fear, as you said, fear of missing out on gambling. In addiction, theres this daydream and fantasizing a thing in which you like, for example thinking of how much you will get from that gambling activity and it really makes you excited.
And if you think of it, the examples that I said, can be connected, so you can be addicted, at the same time obsessed with gambling.
