People should not forget that before becoming the world's richest person, Elon musk was a techy and prankster and with doge coin he can prank the whole community. Doge is a meme coin, which never had any purpose. Elon is cooking something in his mind and we may never know what it is.

Well I am doubting too that he was doing this out of greedy but the fact that he are earning a profit from Dogecoin will always in picture. Base on my research about Elon Musk he was enjoying doing things that was literally not a usual thing that every person are doing in life. Like when people are taking the same path with others and when he saw that many are following that path he will going to create a new path or if there were a path where no one else takes he will probably would take that path. Simply, he just wanted to prove the other way, like for example we are all full support to bitcoin but he found incredible things in Dogecoin so that's is why he is giving his support to this token.

If Elon Musk doesn't have greed, what would stimulate him to do such crazy things, I believe he has also taken into account situations where the community is stimulated in such a way, a brilliant investor like him is too used to reading other people's minds, the selection for dogecoin may be random and he feels this project may rise more than others. Elon Musk has always been a fan of arrogance, the companies he contributes to show his personal character, is very confident and does things differently from the average person.

I believe it's really hard for a governmental agency to prove he is manipulating the market. That is a very fragile claim which can be easily refuted even with the support of an average lawyer (of course, if there it's an impartial judgement). Everything Elon Musk does is tweeting about dogecoin. How could that be considered manipulation?
People invest in doge because they want, and not because they are being promised safe returns or any other kind of advantage. It's a fact everyone in this market is aiming profit, what includes Elon Musk, but these people also know about the risks involved in crypto currency universe.

IMO, this is what Elon is currently doing, he is trying to increase his stash in crypto or in fiat, we don't know but his purpose is just to be profitable.
