i think the market is still stucking with the bear market and we can not get out from that easily, it may takes months before we can recover like before, however it is still worthy to invest for longterm as long as the market still have the chance to rise, we can still be able to have money back in the future.

You didn’t mentioned if you’re a daytrader or a semi longterm investors or long term,because these three has different treatments,but what for me is good?take all you coins and tokens for Long Term investing so you can have plenty of time to wait for your profit.or you can daytrade still as market is moving ups and downs this days,but be careful about the coins or tokens to buy as its hard to find which is good or not at the moment
